This company doesn't even get a 1 star! I placed an order with Cartoam. Some tools for my husband. Back in March! Here it is July 27th. The first time they send me facemask. The 2nd time they sent me a scarf! I turned BBB on them. Then all of a sudden they send me a pic of what I ordered to confirm that is what I ordered. Ths is the 2nd time using EMS ship something to my house. First time it said... attempted to deliver. Now here we are for the 2nd attempt. I believe they are using fake shipments to make us think its really on its way. My curent status is " Released from Customs." I wish someone would shut this company down!

Ems doesn't deserve any 🌟 rating. They lost my child's resident permit card. If people don't come together and sue this shipping company, then they will feel they are at liberty to do whatever they want.
Lost Order
I have been waiting for over a month to receive an order that I thought was coming from Nebraska. It actually was coming from China. The seller gave the tracking information as having a USPS tracking number. USPS says they have no record of it, and EMS says it was delivered over two weeks ago. I keep getting the run-around. $137.00 wasted, I guess.
USPS has located the order and has said they will inform me of its progress and that it is on the way to a USPS facility. We will see. This was not the fault of the seller, but there was a severe lack of language understanding, which is easily accepted as a problem. It has now been almost 6 weeks and counting.

Total scum
Total scum, gave me 4 different addresses to go to to pick up my parcel. I gave up when they gave me another address and commented "maybe it is here" I am trying to persue EMS for the value of the goods but I doubt I will get anywhere

ordered from CREAPE paid $137, was shipped and lost with china EMS, I believe they're just a SCAM, they act like the tracking is updating, then they say seems like it got lost, contact seller, probably the seller is a scam too, and pays them for a false tracking simulator so they gain time before you dispute your transaction.
Update 7/22/20, after messaging seller, they reshipped already 3'rd time... and yes... tracking says ITEM LOST already the 3'rd time...
and now the tracking company website stopped working...
i'm in middle of a PayPAl case, seller offered partial refund of $128 (out of $137)..... Good scamming skills!!!!

Ordered an Apple computer from the Chinese website. It took them two weeks to deliver from Guangdong to Shanghai. EMS+Apple the worst mail service I have ever experienced in my life. Will never purchase anything online again involving Apple or EMS

It took about a month
It took about a month. I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE TODAY. Yes it's nerve racking, but instead of cursing I decided to give it to God and pray about it. I was patient and THANK YOU JESUS IT CAME AND ITS BEAUTIFUL.

Horrible delivery service
Horrible delivery service, They've promised me that the package (which is a holiday gift) would be delivered in one week and a half and it's been more than three weeks, tomorrow is the holiday and the package hasn't even entered the country of the sender, I don't know where it is, I've sent it three weeks ago, the Russian branch told me to contact the Algerian branch and the Algerian branch told me that it hasn't even entered the country. Broke their promise last time too with super late delivery. Best send your parcels elsewhere, don't trust this delivery service it has disappointed me and in turn I have disappointed my loved ones due to it.
Now it's 4 July and they still haven't sent my parcel. It's been 2 months.

The problem with EMS
The problem with EMS is not so much the long delays. The real issue is false delivery promises. People trust transparency and not a broad disclaimer referring to the covid19 pandemic. Before covid19 EMS had the same issues. Lack of commitment. No deadlines, just random delivery dates. Customers have no idea when to expect product. Sometimes months pass and the tracking number states (Processed Through Facility or We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece). Really? So to be honest, statistically, you have cost the seller more than half their potential revenue by scary away customers. I hear it all the time. I'm one of those few who stick around and continue doing business with you because I set my calendar further out expecting you to be months late.

Well, not much to add to what's been said. Every 2 days an update, it's here now it's here. It finally, after 3 weeks gets to the US, and.......its lost, contact seller. Well this is already the 2nd time it's been sent. I'm more than 90 days into this with a third try upcoming. Going postal?? Maybe on these guys.
