My first encounter with Encore Estate Mangement staff was today and it has been outstanding.
Robert was great, but the majority of my interactions were with Iquebal and he is a first class gentleman.

Polite, informative, helpful, courteous he ticked every box imaginable and whomever was ahead of me in the queue to be attended to got the same first class treatment.
It's refreshing to encounter genuinely nice people and he certainly is one of those. May Encore take care of him and his colleagues as they are certainly the company's prime assets.

I want to give a special shoutout to the wonderful Helen Emery - she is the glue that holds our community together!
From brightening everyday with her smile, laugh and great conversation, to how she actively looks for ways to engage the residents in communal events, she is one of a kind!
Helen has brought me together with residents who have now become great friends, as someone who moved here from a different city this has meant so much to me!
When it comes to leaving the apartments to purchase a house, Helen will be the thing I miss most about living here!

I want to say how much I appreciate the Concierge team here, and how well run the development is now that Encore is managing the space. The difference a good team makes to a building and the people living in it is huge, and this team really helps make the place feel welcoming and comfortable every day.

I especially want to mention Janet, Melissa, and John. The dynamic between them is genuinely brilliant ... it's warm and fun, and they consistently go the extra mile! They create an environment that feels homely and lived in rather than just another building. They're especially good at the small (yet not so small!) things like remembering people and their circumstances, noticing what’s going on, and quietly keeping an extra eye out in a way that makes residents feel safe and looked after without feeling intrusive. John decorates for national days and different occasions, and these really brighten the place and make people smile! Janet, Melissa, and John always seem willing to help with anything, no matter how small, and they’re on top of making sure the shared spaces feel welcoming and the people within them feel cared for.

They make everywhere feel like home in the way they look after people and where we live. Huge gratitude for them!

We have had the pleasure of coming down to provide nutrition support for a gym launch event in the glasswater locks development in central Birmingham. Ellie was crucial in the successful execution of the event.

She was very accommodating and on hand for logistics, making sure we had everything to help the gym launch event run smoothly. We're very much looking forward to working with Ellie on future events!

We supported Encore Estate Management at their new Glasswater Locks development in Birmingham earlier this year with setting up the residential gym space including production of a bespoke video induction, booking platform hosting, panic alarm installation, gym maintenance and hosting in-person gym inductions for residents.

We have had a great experience working with the Encore team, especially the on-site Property Manager Ellie Lutwyche, who maintained strong communications with our team at all times in effect allowing us deliver all instructed works efficiently and in a timely manner.

We are looking forward to supporting Encore in the future!

The concierge team have been really helpful in assisting us with moving into our new flat. In particular Iquebal was brilliant with setting up my gym induction and for assisting with any queries I had

At Furness Quay’s Grapnel Apartments we are lucky to have Becky and Jane at concierge, both of whom go the extra mile to address any issues that arise. Despite the twelve hour shifts and all of the daily duties, both ladies always make time for residents.

Behind the scenes, Encore have regularly engaged with residents regarding service charges and have ensured that spending is managed well.

The concierge and security teams at Bow Green is amazing, very friendly and always attentive especially Robert, Steven and Ikbal (they all are but I don't know the name of the others sadly). We feel welcomed every time we go past the reception desk, a true premium experience.

Jane is very professional, polite and helpful. She is always happy to help with any questions I have from time to time, I can always count on her. She is the best. Such an asset to the company.

The concierge staffs are the best things in the building. All of them, like literally ALL OF THEM are so sweet and helpful. They carried my packages upstairs when I sprained my foot.

As a resident of the Grapnel Apartment Block my experience is of tremendous support from the blocks two receptionists. Becky and Jane have been super supportive since I moved in 2 years ago.
Becky is a model of consistent approachability and always happy to support with any requests.
Jane has recently returned from a spell of ill health and has had a phased return to work. She has approached her return to dedication and a super determined approach to all her tasks even in testing physical conditions after a lengthy lay off. Her attitude of positivity and good cheer to every request is a fantastic inspiration to us all.

I moved into Glasswater Locks in April and I must say the professionalism of all the team was absolutely amazing so helpful and welcoming in every aspect.

The concierge team are very helpful I have mainly dealt with Sajid and Nad and they are always at hand to help can’t rate the service enough.
