Bought some titelist solo golf balls absolutely love them great delivery and fantastic price. Looking to order again but website now says pvt and won't load

Well what can i say on the 12th day from my order being confirmed and paid for they have finally arrived . Customer service nil no answer having sent 5 emails and 1 message ,however the condition of golf balls excellant will i order again, no i do not think so it is a shame used to realible

Don't be put off by "Grade B" - the quality is very good and perfectly usable. I bought 40 grade b v1x...the only issue was the balls had previously been marked. That's it. Nothing else. If anything, it saved me time marking up my balls.

I won't be buying my balls anywhere else.

Placed my first order during Christmas. As they were closed over the festive period I didn’t get the delivery until January.

Katy at encore was really helpful in keeping me updated and gave a lot of honesty with some of the struggles with shipping during postal strikes. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

The balls when arrived came exactly as expected, some great and some worn but still good enough to use for practice. Being a new golfer I don’t think the newest balls will make that much difference as I’ll probably be loosing a few anyway!

Will definitely order from here again. Thank you.

Very pleased with my 80 balls.
The condition of the balls was 1st class.
At the rate I lose balls I will need more before too long!
I would certainly recommend Encore to anyone that plays golf.

I live in South Wales, the 48H tracking no. is showing that my Balls are in Glasgow 6 days after ordering.

Re-edit, I have now received the balls, they took a week to arrive, I didn't have issues with any other RM deliveries from the same date, this was the only order that didn't get to me on time for the golf trip. On inspection the balls are great and i'm likely to order again.

The pro V1X golf balls arrived in good time. I've read all the reviews, good and bad.

The bad reviews I just do not get! With a "lake ball" if you don't expect a felt Mark then you must be from a different planet.

Some of the balls have felt marks on them but that just means I don't need to do that to identify my ball.

On one or two there was the odd scuff mark but, hey! My balls soon get scuffed

I'm totally 200% happy with these.

The only issue I have is that you then advertise 100 Pro V1X's at a great price. If I buy any more golf balls I'll be getting a divorce notice! The upside of course is more golf playing time!

I placed my first (and last) Encore order on a Monday and paid extra for the "guaranteed next day delivery" option as I had a round arranged for the Thursday. Needless to say, the golf balls didn't arrive in time.
When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was not their fault. They said:

"Once the order leave us it is then in the hands of Royal Mail and their delivery of the order. I can confirm we dispatched your order 24 hour tracked on 19/07/2022. Please not we do state this on our website 24 hour tracked or 48 hour tracked are not a guaranteed tracking time frame although Royal Mail do try to deliver in this time period. Once again that is down to Royal Mail and their delivery timescale "

Had a issue with delivery which was either down to bad labels from royal mail or encore. The support team wanted none of it and where so quick to blame myself and never once wanted to work with to appease the issue.

Balls were of ok quality as expected when received.

Quite happily wouldn't use the company again after this support display and unsubscribed to their mailing lists but still received tons of marketing emails regardless.

Just had my delivery of vice pro/pro plus mix from encore golf and would highly recommend them and Will definitely be ordering again, once these have gone 🤣

Recently purchased 24 Pearl Callaway supersoft - delivered next day as requested.

22 of the 24 balls are like new and the other 2 have the tiniest of scuffs on them - brilliant value.

Good quality A list balls, a few with pen marks but saves me having to mark them 😊will definitely use Encore again 👍

Purchased 40 mixed brand balls, which was advertised using a decent 'Honma' ball. Received nothing but a mix of Slazenger and Dunlop, which should've been left in the lake they came from. They were also supposed to be Pearl/A condition but 3 of them were only fot for the bin. No response when messaged them either

Ordered some Grade A Titleist TruFeel balls, 40 well known balls for under £40 delivered next day, other than one that has seemingly sat in mud and is a bit yellow all of the others are pretty much perfect. Of the 40 only 9 had printed branding but my 10 year old son took a shine to them, the quality for the price is fantastic.

I heard about these guys VIA James Wiltshire since I been a big fan since 2012. Wanted Volvik Vivids and bulk balls to practice with. Got 65 balls for £46 including NWD Delivery. Ordered Sunday, got them today and got tracking via the Shop App. The pink mix had a nice mix of balls including a Top Flite Bomb WLD Ball! The vivids were in good condition with few blemishes, discolouring and no cuts or severe scratches. Packaging was nice too which was a heavy duty box with bubble wrapping and they threw in some shared discount codes too. I'm really happy and I will be back for more! Shoutout to Gorilla James too!

Goods were not delivered on time by Royal Mail. One Day late.

When they finally arrived the quality of golf balls (titleist tour sport) were generally poor. I would say 30% of my balls are of grade B quality and not Grade A as ordered.

Also I only found two balls out of 40 that were the new version that has the new black line T marker.

Lesson learnt - certainly will not be ordering again.

Since my Review Katy from Encore has replied (see below). It’s very misrepresented as Katy states that Royal Mail try there hardest. This is factually incorrect as I emailed her separately with an article evidencing that “ Ofcom is investigating Royal Mail's
failure to meet delivery targets during
2021-22”

Secondly Katy confirms that I rcd Grade A balls as ordered but Unfortunately this review page does not allow you to upload photos so that potential customers can make there own judgement as to the inferior quality.

Lastly. I think it is appallingly disingenuous of Katy to state here that if I return the product she will issue a full refund. Again customers beware this is NOT factually correct. In her separate email to me it clearly states that the refund is on the product only and not on the postage return costs.

Upon reflection I think the web site need to clearly state that these balls are only suitable for high handicappers who want to submit general play cards and they are not suitable for club competitions.

Can’t wait to receive my item to give a review just wish Klarna was a payment option as well

I had given up with Encore but when I read that they say they’ve paid postage back I wrote again and said you’ve posted that you’ve paid me but I’ve received nothing..yes guess what,no reply from them …

Had a couple of boxes of balls now, always good quality, what more could you want top brands and good prices.. ignore the bad reviews that make a fuss for no reason.
