Endeavor Health just revamped the…

Endeavor Health just revamped the former Northshoreconnect portal, and it is far worse than it ever was. It was never good, but now it is full of stupid mistakes.

I just got a message asking if I arrived for my medical appointment.
1 This was an appointment not for me but for my wife.
I have signed up to share information for our family, but they still need to keep our information separate and not mixed them up.

2 She went to her appointment, and could not see her doctor because they had screwed up her appointment. She got an automatic phone call for her upcoming appointment which she confirmed over the phone. Then she got another phone call, even though she had already dealt with this appointment. These phone calls are not made by people but automated methods that clearly are extremely poorly implemented. So, she wasted her time and did not get to see her doctor. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
Of course there is no place on the website to inform them bout problems with the portal.

3 When I log in under my name to the portal I am presented with my wife's information, rather than my own. In the past before the Endeavor changeover (as of Aug 1 2026), there was no such problem (there were other problems). This is also a sign of INCOMPETENCE. If there was an alternative my family would take our healthcare somewhere else. Everyone else I talk to also reports huge mistakes. No company should be run so poorly.
