I've been on hold and I finally gave…

I've been on hold and I finally gave up. I tried printing a label for priority mail and it deducted my cost and tried to print the label and it wouldn't print so I tried to reprint and still nothing.
Ever since the company merged with Stamps.com, service has gone hill to the point that I am switching service providers.

Just Do not try it and add a CC or Debit card.

Add me to the list of unhappy customers. Trial period I sadly gave them my cc a year ago. Yes I didn't watch my bill that closely. I generally change all my debit cards and credit cards every two years. So they ignored my cancellation request. I now see they are trying to bill me. it won't go thru because the card number was changed. Never tried the service due to covid and general lost interest in mailing anything. On hold for 30 minutes so far and nothing. To any respect it is a great idea but doesn't work. Just don't do it. Much like world express saving you money on UPS ground shipping. Great idea but doesn't save you anything. If you ship tons by the US mail then get a USPS commercial account. Ships lots by UPS then prove it to your account rep. Much easier than waiting on hold for now 35 minutes.
Thank you

Stay away from these guys

Stay away from these guys. They don't care. They keep you on hold or hours. Software hasn't worked reliably for months. Lately I've been getting the dreaded 'license has expired' error. They keep giving some robotic insincere response about how they're working on it. Avoid.

Fraudulent

I received 4 unauthorized transactions from this company. My bank, Bank of America was able to notify these as fraud transactions. And return the money to me. This was from my business account and I have no idea how this company could get my information. Especially When I rarely use that debit card.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. They try to bill for services never rendered. Hound you every week. Even though I actually got through to a customer service representative and was assured she fixed the problem, they keep on coming. Nothing was fixed.
Do NOT give them a credit card. You will be billed forever and the only way to stop is to cancel the card.

Endicia Kept Billing Years After I Cancelled

I cancelled Endicia in 2020 after it became too difficult to use. Suddenly in March 2022 I received a bill from them for $129. apparently they had been trying for the past two years to continue billing me but I had cancelled that card long ago. Good thing I had! Cancelling Endicia doesn't work. It's the company that doesn't take no for an answer.

BOGUS COMPANY!

BOGUS COMPANY!! Mysteriously started charging my credit card $17.99 per month. Not enough to be a red flag, but after 7 months, I noticed. Tried calling Endicia several times, but phone number states you are calling after "normal business hours" and you cannot leave a message or connect to anyone. What a joke. BTW, I was calling CLEARY during normal business hours. No one knows exactly what this company does, but Endicia is trying to piggy-back off of USPS. FRADULENT CHARGES PREYING ON A SMALL AMOUNT MOST PEOPLE DON'T NOTICE. BEWARE!! Cancelled my credit card, then get an email notice that I am behind 2 months. LOL Good luck ENDICIA!!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They overcharged me by $1500 and could not find the error on their end. I'm looking at my bank statement and they are telling me it's my problem and my fault when I wasn't using the service on the days they billed me. Wasted 10 hours speaking to multiple customer reps on their end.

Please avoid if you have any options.

Avoid avoid avoid

Fraud department from my bank just had to shut down one of my accounts because of a random charge from this company. Even if you've never heard of them or used the service there's nothing you can do. This is likely a recent issue as well due to their joining with Stamps. Sad way for an inefficient business to go out.

Endicia sucks

Endicia sucks. It keeps getting more and more complicated to use. It recently stopped working and said that I should update the application. But the application, once downloaded, won't open.

I was a happy customer until I got hit…

I was a happy customer until I got hit with nearly $8000 in fraudulent charges overnight. Fortunately, my bank is handling it, but how does this continually happen? I was a legit customer and paid the monthly service fee and usually purchased about $25 worth of postage at a time for my small business, so why weren’t 22 separate charges of $250 and up flagged in their system somehow?!

All around crap

Phone support is terrible. Their 'Shipment history does not work 90% of the time when doing a search.

Wish there was another option but that's why they are su bad because there is not.

Fraud

Signed up for Endicia about a month ago so I could print shipping labels for my small side business. I printed one shipping label in the whole month, decided it wasn't worth my time, and forgot about it. Nowhere on the website does it state I have to pay a monthly fee. Today, 07/1/2021, my checking account got charged $17.99

I immediately tried cancelling my account. They make it unnecessarily hard. After each new question it would offer me some sort of deal if I stayed. Finally, I got it cancelled, but I had to confirm my name and address to do so?

Clearly, they are a fraud/scam website. Reading all these reviews AFTER I had already signed up sucks. It also sucks to see people have the same thing happen to them as well.

I will be reporting the charge with my bank and blocking them from making any charges in the future. What a waste of my time.

Avoid, or quit...now.

Like others, I was satisfied with their service for years; even though there was a monthly subscription, I found it was worth it, as all my dealings were seamless (I said WERE/used to be).

Ever since the Stamps.com merge, they have gone from a 4/5 star rating to ZERO. They CHEAT on your billing with "funny math" (I had to dispute TWICE with my bank), have serious tech issues with some features that are supposed to make transaction easier (like the scan forms always glitching) AND their customer service STINKS - templated responses to your online messaging, only to advise that YOU CALL THEM, which results in LONG hold times and multiple attempts to get someone who knows what they're doing.

I have since switched to a FREE service (check out all the competitors, there are MORE now than before) whose postage and insurance rates are LOWER. So why stick with these goons?!?

UPDATE 2022 - go with PIRATE SIP - they ROCK (free, easy, excellent support).
