Inaccurate Order status
I don't like that it says order is complete on your website section of my orders, when I haven't even received a tracking of my package or my package. Also, there is no section there regarding tracking of orders, it's been a week now ... very slow order processing speed ...
Addition after your reply: you did provide a tracking on the 16th by email (about a week after order was placed) but it still doesn't show it on on your website, and all I see is “order complete”.
