Last minute cancel, no deposit refund
If you need a reliable cleaning company that shows up on the last day of your tenancy and doesn't cancel last minute. Then absolutely stay away from this company. They had the audacity to call me at the day about 15min after what we had scheduled for the end of tenancy cleaning and proposed a new date, which is obviously not possible if that's your last day of tenancy. I also have NOT received back any of my deposit money. If you want reliable service that values your money, go look somewhere else.
I had to repost this review, as it got flagged and deleted. Not sure how this isn't a review keeping (this happended in 2018). They gave me no notice and the customer service was not responsive. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I've used their one off cleaning and I was happy with it. It was fast and cheap. The booking was quite easy and they had free cleaners for the next day. Their prices are very cheap which is also an advantage even for me who prefer to give more but to receive better quality.

Reliable. Flexible. Professional. Very happy with this company.
They took photos of my flat before and after the, which surprised me a lot. They did amazing work! The kitchen tiles and grout had seen better days. The flat looks awesome now and I am very grateful that I found this cleaning company. Highly recommend!

Most appalling customer service
Most appalling customer service - or rather NO customer service. It's very easy to book the cleaning service, but after the cleaner didn't show up 3 days in a row and didn't reschedule until I chased them to ask if they had completed the job.
Following this, I told them not to turn up as I'd made other arrangements, then when sending several emails to endoftenancyservices.com and cleaningserviceuk.co.uk, I have had NO responses regarding refund of deposit nor even a response on my email.
Will never use again!
