This Company is a hoax ! when you sign up they do a complete dilligence (Car fax)on your vehicle incuding a in person visual. We are seniors in our 70s worried about monthly budgets
after joining Endurance and making 2 payments we incurred a issue with our ford expedition. When we reported the the problem Endurance immediatly commenced with a interigation requesting all maintenance records imcluding oil changes . All but one oil changes was slightly out of the 5000 window. Not accounting for synthetic oil which pushes to 10000.miles. They refused to cover the repair based on 1 slightly out of date oil change and stated that the ford dealer had pointed out a possible issue 4 months previously based on a senser light that they reset and everything was good. 2 months into our Endurance contract we became aware that our timng chain was lose and possible turbo repair . Estimate was 4 to 6k . Endurance immediatly requested all maitenance records since all maintenance was done at dealer they already had them including a physical inspection. After denying to pay the repair we requested a immediate return of our 2 payments. Only after filing a complaint with the Better Biz Bureau did they return 1 payment. After this we looked into a law suit which we weee informed their contract states you can not sue them I also learned from the BBB that they had 3200 formal active complaints !!! Preying on vulnerable seniors ia so wrong !! this Company should be shut down , they also made is sign a release to get our refund Terrible!!

They just took a payment of 36.23 USD through my PayPal account. I never made a contract with them ever, unless there is some way of hiding contracts and make people click on something on their screen. Very upsetting and worrying !

Wish I was able to give zero stars. $167.08 charge for a service I didn’t sign up for.

Absolute scum of the earth. If you buy an $8 web domain, they'll auto-renew it for $101 without informing you, charging you weeks early, and then never respond when you ask for a refund.

I have realised earlier today I made a shocking error by writing a very bad review yesterday about this company - however I inadvertently posted this review in error because it was supposed to go to certificure who are next to this good company on my email history !! - I'm pretty useless with technology to begin with and can only convey my sincerest apologies to them and please I hope anyone who read the previous post will know by seeing this new post that it was a genuine error and to disregard the negative review etc - I can say I had no issues with enduracet and indeed received exactly what I ordered a few days ago - once again I apologise profusely and no harm etc was intended from what was a genuine error and the negative review etc has now been sent to certificure but after getting no response in over a week I don't hold much hope of ever getting any response - these companies are in part attracting bad negative reviews for other similar companies who don't deserve it - due to situations like mine in posting review to incorrect company yesterday - I hope this makes sense and is noticed by anyone reading enduracet reviews so they don't draw anything negative from this about a decent honest company sadly existing within a sea with one or two unscrupulous ones that only make trouble and cause problems for all the many good companies !!

Endurance International Group (EIG) aka Site5 webhosting is a scam. You do not want to trust them with having your credit card or PayPal info on file as they will make unauthorized charges. The only people I have been able to exchange email with regarding unauthorized charges are Indians who either do not understand or do not care to understand and respond simply saying no refund. The charges are in dispute right now with PayPal so hopefully I will get a refund. Also, they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau due to not meeting/following legitimate business practices.

I've just had a scam comment with links to enter credit card details made from this address all over a small local competition on FB in the UK - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM!

I WOULD TAKE THE ONE-STAR AWAY IF I COULD. THEY OWN BLUEHOST DON'T BUY RUN FROM THESE COMPANIES THEY ARE A RIP-OFF! THEY DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FORM NOR DO THEY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THAT CAN ACUALLY DO ANYTHING BUT LIE TO YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT COMPLETE WEB HOSTING SINCE THE 23RD OF AUGUST BUT THEY HAVE ALL MY MONEY FOR THE SEVICES I DONT HAVE NOR IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT MY WEB HOSTING PROBLEM THE TECHs ARE GARBAGE AND ALL THEY WILL KEEP TELLING YOU IS TO WAIT 4 HOURS ONLY TO TELL YOU TO WAIT MORE!!!! The worst company to have for any of your website hosting, or name, and even privacy! Long time customer and all 4 websites were down, 2 for 10 months, and 2 for over a year! And proving it was their fault, no one even cares here. and not one cent credited. SAVE YOURSELF! DO NOT INVEST ANYTHING HERE!!!

I only had the coverage for 4 months. I can not rate the service.

I filed a case with domain.com on 6-21-2020 to investigate why my Gsuite account, which they host/manage, does not allow me to add a new employee. They committed to fixing issue by 6-23-2020 however the did not. I've complained to customer service half a dozen times and the issue still exists and it's 6-30-2020 with no end in sight. My company has a new employee and they haven't been able to access company services because of the REPEATED INCOMPETENCE of ENDURANCE INTERNATIONAL/DOMAIN.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just received a spam email with details about website hosting. This is not my main website admin email so it has originated from somewhere else.

Worthless company with non-responsive crew. After buying a domainname, they stole it. They are thieves. Dont do business with them.

Be careful before purchasing a hosting owned by this company
they will scam you one day
They will take down your site for malware intrusion (they are liar and your site is fine) and you must pay 6000+$ to take it back.
they are doing a large sclae of scam and they own many many hosting companies like bluehost
