I needed a wifi switch to replace one that failed recently. I visited several companies and found the ones from Ener-J to have the best specs and prices. Additionally, unlike many others, it's so widely stocked, a five minute drive from home found one. It was very easy to install until I tried setting up the app on my phone. There's nothing wrong with the app, just the 72 year old user trying to understand new tech! I sent an email to the company and got a super agent called Raj, who was very patient, very quick and very helpful, sending links and illustrations to me, and all within a day of asking. I was up and running in minutes! Awesome products, and awesome customer service. Put these guys in your bookmarks!
