Do not reccomend
Edit: I have to edit the review and decrease it even more because they managed to miss a lot of stuff in their estimates (like finishing work on windows, replacement of radiator regulators, electrical work for the heat pump, and more..). This oversight caused almost all the offers (that were supposed to be fixed) to be higher by at least 30%, and with one estimate for windows to be over 90% higher than the first one they sent (this one was said that it will change but by max 30%). This caused a lot of problems since we had a "sustainability budget" aproved by the mortgage and this exceeded it by a very high amount.
Only one offer was lower.
I am incredibly disappointed, and I highly DO NOT RECCOMENDED THEM.
We had our first contact on 30th october, and after getting all the offers, we waited until January to get funding for it.
First, the original advisor left the company in January, and nobody from them picked up our project. Took me a week to get in touch with them because the chatsupport is never available, and they don't answer the calls.
Then, the second advisor picked up our project and once again promised a smooth and quick process, which was not true. Once again, I needed 2 weeks for anyone to contact me, and then a third advisor called me to promise the same thing.
At the beginning of February, they called me to say they could not do the job and they were sending my offers/project to their contractors and that I would be called.
In the meantime, I was promised a refund for the "consultation" since they decided not to do the job, which still hasn't been processed.
It is now the end of February, and only one contractor contacted me for the work. Nobody else is reachable or answering emails...
I am incredibly disappointed, and I highly DO NOT RECCOMENDED THEM. Avoid them by all means...
