Friendly staff, good equipment and good location.

Good choice of classes, staff are really helpful, all machines work, loads of equipment to use

I’m joined énergie fitness 2 wks now and I’m loving it has lots of machines and weights available. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Classes are very good too and the gym is lovely and clean.

As a complete beginner I really like the classes. They cater for all levels and the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful!

I like gym really good set up! Only thing it was cold, but I understand when cold was outside! But after warm up it is good!
Other thing was when You walk in gym on top smell like oil or food. Sometimes it is not helps.

Recently moved here and really miss an hour long class. I feel the 30 mins is not long enough. A mixture of mobility weights and core would be ideal! Loving the spinning but the 45 minute long classes. Very friendly staff and very clean. An hour long long class of all the above would be the icing on the cake.

I really like the cardio machines in the gym. I do think there needs to be another stepper. The water machine seems to be broken all the time so fixing that would be great

I joined énergie in Ballincollig in April this year when they first opened. I had put on weight and my fitness had gone downhill in the months preceding so I wanted to get back in shape for an upcoming holiday.

I started out doing classes, there’s a huge variety and something for everyone’s taste. Classes are suited to all abilities and the trainers are brilliant for giving alternative exercises if a particular exercise doesn’t suit. All the instructors are really friendly and welcoming and great at motivating you to push a little more if you want that.

My fitness has honestly skyrocketed since joining, I feel great and have recently started doing more of my own workouts more however I still enjoy joining classes. My favourite classes are body pump, Trx and boot camp.

There’s a great range of equipment available and the space is well used. It’s a great addition to Ballincollig

Terrible experience with the staff of the gym. I forgot to put the mat back in the correct place and the worker called me to let me know that I have to put back the tools after I finish doing my exercises. Even though part of their job is put the tools back if a Customer forgets. He also asked me what I was wearing, which I don't understand what it has to do with me don't putting the mat back. He called me only to tell me off!

Regarding the response to your comment, I have never thrown away the yoga mat, I placed it normally like anyone does and I did it since I was listening to your colleague and the another room was busy and I did not want to have any more misunderstandings. Afterward he didn't say anything else while I was at the gym for the next 20 minutes that took me to finish the leg exercises, abs and the exercises that your colleague did not allow me to finish with the yoga mat. If necessary you can view the security cameras to confirm that I'm saying the truth! Instead he called me later at 9pm while I was having dinner and instead of asking me if it was me who he spoke to earlier regarding the mat he asked me what I was wearing. Please don't distort the facts!!!!

In addition, he told to me only one time face to face that day and he did not say anything to me in the dumbbell area, It was in the another room when I was doing my exercises for the legs and I QUICKLY LISTENED TO HIM

I love the place! Its mordern, clean and warm! All the equipment I need for training is provided. Everything could be easily found at the place it should be, in order and ready to use.
Coaches are very friendly and professional! And the location is perfect! I’m completely happy with everything! Thanks a lot! :)
