Made to feel very welcome. Fantastic range of equipment with full instruction on everything. My goals were asked and addressed with help given on how to achieve them.
The gym is kept very clean at all times. Definitely one of the best gyms I've used.

If you want a gym where you feel so welcomed and the staff are so helpful then this is the place to join!
After a months trial to see how we got on in a new gym we have been so impressed with James, Maya and his team in Bognor Regis that we joined permanently on a full membership! We have found them to be extremely helpful and friendly and would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to join a gym in Bognor Regis ! The staff are friendly and helpful and everyone is very friendly here for two newbies it was so lovely!

Changed my gym experience completely!!
A really welcoming space. I have always struggled with gym anxiety but since joining énergie I am excited to go to the gym. I was unsure what to do at the start but the gym has sheets that have workouts for you to follow. This meant that I wasn’t walking around blind while trying to figure out what I wanted to try. I also find that the staff are approachable and friendly and if I have any questions they are on hand to help. I’ve even tried a few classes which I never thought I would! The gym is clean and set out very well and it’s the best decision I have ever made to join!!

Friendly, spotless gym
Having joined Energie I've felt very at home working out and look forward to getting involved in classes and meeting new people. The gym is always spotless, there is ample car parking and staff really friendly and helpful.

Staff member has a power trip
One of the receptionists is incredibly rude, god forbid you go in the gym with your mate, who’s also a member, without this guy thinking your sneaking your mates in, happened more than once by the same guy in there, have been signed up for a couple months but will be cancelling now

Friendly staff, great classes no judgement
Friendly staff, great quick classes, class times are good and varied which is nice! Nice showers and good equipment; however; small gym, very hot and busy so you have to wait for machines etc at times
