Equipments compared to area
I like the amount of equipment's. And the workout area for boxing and ground exercise, but the the area of the gym compared to the equipment’s is low, so feels cunjusted. And me and my wife joined, we took our kid, 4 years old, for two days but after that we were told that they cannot allow the kid there. For us if we workout together it would be a greate experiance and help for each other.

This is a disappointing version of what happened. None of the team allowed you to bring in a 4 year old child and the gym policy is clear and was disregarded even when you were approached. We explained how dangerous it is to allow your 4 year old daughter to attempt to use equipment that was clearly too big for her and politely asked you to closely supervise her and keep her away from the equipment that could seriously injure her and to take her out the gym to safety in your own time. We politely requested that you do not bring her back again however you brought her again the following day on 16th May. We politely explained the policy again however this time politely requested that you leave immediately for health and safety purposes. We were concerned about the health and safety of your daughter, especially as you were not supervising her closely in a very dangerous environment near heavy free weights. Again this situation was highlighted from the outset as being against our policies as soon as we saw what was happening and prompt action was taken to politely ask you to leave.
Yes to energie :)
I live nearby, so energie was an obvious choice. Good quality equipment, very relaxed atmosphere and friendly instructors make the place worth visiting. Also, good value for money.

Great place
I enjoy going here , I feel comfortable training here , there is always someone there to help if you need it as an older lady i dont feel intimidated at all everyone is just there to do their workout and then leave , great place.

Steve the personal trainer
Steve the personal trainer was passionate, knowledgeable and really put me through my paces.
His plans are straight forward to read and adapt to. Most importantly I found him really easy to talk to.
