Énergie fitness Carlow has something…A gym tat u will stay going to
Énergie fitness Carlow has something for everyone, the high octane work out for the extremely dedicated , one to one classes for those who need a little encouragement or the daily varied classes ( my favourite) to choose from . All The trainers are excellent especially Owen & Laurence I was to their classes last !
I’m one of theses join the gym go for few months & leave but énergie changedvtat for me - cheers guys 👍

Couldn’t of joined a better gym. All the staff are brilliant and make you feel so welcomed. Great gym for first timers, I joined in July 2019 and have learned so much in my time here. Again the staff really make the gym in Carlow great support.

Love this gym
For the first time ever I love going to the gym. The staff are amazing, I always feel really welcome and comfortable. Really approachable and easy to talk to. If I need help or advice there is always someone to help and they don't seem to mind at all. I've had all my workout programs done out for me to suit me which is great and the classes are all really good.

Don’t like that classes take place on the gym floor when trying to workout find it very distracting and can’t focus on my own workout and maybe add another squat rack to the gym floor other than couldn’t recommend the gym enough

Great gym
This is my first gym, so I can't compare but this is fantastic gym. I have been attending classes for over a year and I really enjoying it. Lots of classes to chose, great price, new equipment and friendly Staff who are always redy to help you.

Absolutely great gym I’m a huge fan of…spin
Absolutely great gym I’m a huge fan of the Spin classes but i wish u could get more bikes as there is plenty of room for them .I always end up on the wish list every week despite payment of my membership every month . I never know until last min if I get a bike or not & that annoys me I’ve been lucky I do get a bike every Saturday morning.. But maybe it is something you could improve on ..
