it is a good gym for it's value…
it is a good gym for it's value although I do believe that the gym could do with a few more 20 and 25kg plates for the free weights area. It also gets quite busy in there during peak times and unlike other gym that have a bigger facilities it can be quite hard to get on certain equipment depending on what you are training on the day. But I would still say give the gym a try as the facilities are good and the Pt's are very friendly and help you in anyway they can.

All the staff have been very friendly
All the staff have been very friendly. I have health issues and the staff have shown me how to use all the equipment the correct way and they have shown me On what to do to achieve my weight loss. Would 100% recommend

Good equipment and low key no stress…
Good equipment and low key no stress environment. Few bits missing that I would expect like paper towels and cleansing spray as an example but you pay for what you get and value for money is good.

Great gym with helpful and friendly…
Great gym with helpful and friendly staff (particularly George and Dave). I joined a few months ago and always feel encouraged to go in when I am greeted with a smile and friendly hello. The classes are perfect for my schedule whilst still being challenging. I also love that through social media staff take suggestions on board for classes and activities. Thank you!

A really friendly gym
A really friendly gym, member, PT's & staff.
It does everything I want it to do & the class timetable suits me with a good choice of early morning classes.
It's a gym I am confident going to whereas previously at other gyms I have sometimes felt intimidated.

Great Gym, Glad I joined
I joined Energie after several months of not going to a different gym due to how busy it was. Joining Energie, I was sceptical about moving to a new gym that was slightly more expensive if the same problem occured. I joined in January and so far the peak times (after work) the gym isn't crazy busy and I can use the equipment I want without waiting. All the staff are really friendly and take an interest in you. The gym has an app that tracks goals, and gives points in return for rewards.
The classes on offer are great too, and for someone that didn't enjoy classes before they are a standard part of my routine now.

Energie Fitness is a home from home
Energie Fitness is a home from home . Staff and other members are all so positive and helpful and being surrounded by positive energy has helped me dramatically since joining the club .
The equipment is first class , the hygiene standards are far greater than any other gym but more importantly the attention to detail you get with the staff is so personable and you really feel as though they are part of your fitness journey !
Get yourself down to the best gym in Gloucestershire and I guarantee you won’t be able to stop smiling !

A superb gym, small but, perfectly executed
A superb small gym with everything you need in a nice atmosphere. Individual shower rooms, filtered water fountain, every bit of gym equipment you need, running and x-trainers with TV inc. Netflix and iplayer. Clean, friendly and staff are superb.
