I’m wow pack No Use
I’m wow pack, In your Website for wow pack it’s mentioned Unlimited training I never seen a trainer in gym.
I’m very new to gym, I even don’t know how to use any machinery, I had asked for an instructor 4times on my initial days to gym, just to show me how use the equipment in the gym but no one responded properly and I kept request 2times in your app in training column but no response. After all this drama, I fed up and started using YouTube videos and I’m learning myself. I even don’t know until now what’s the use of Wow pack.

On the website "Unlimited Training" refers too unlimited access for you to train in the gym, but I completely understand where the confusion comes from. Time to rethink/restock
Clare Hall. Very limited in terms of the amount of resistance machines, free weights and plates are worn/torn. It's ok if you want to grab a quick workout. Staff are friendly.

It great gym
It great gym ,i wish we could access more of the treadmills but is what it is however the girls toilets just stink from the santery towel bins. That would be my only issue

I joined here when the gym first opened I continue to go back as I love the people the friendly atmosphere and the staff.. customer service is brilliant staff are always on hand with great advice and very approachable..gym has everything you need for a great workout and a good variety of classes..it's a thumbs up from me

No covid policies in place
No covid policies in place. Staff and members not wearing masks and watered down soaps in the bathrooms.
Good variety of equipment and never too busy.

Very poor and limited equipment, very lazy staff (over all one of the girls looks like sleeping all the time, not happy to welcome people), poor toilet maintenance, poor equipment maintenance, overate price for the condition and service offered

People don't carry hand towels and walk-in without an appointment
The gym crew should ensure that people carry hand towels and are only coming into the gym based on their appointment and not just walk-in.

Great gym, very clean.
Music can be a bit too loud at times.
Not enough sanitizer bottles available or hygiene stations around.
