Excellent Gym
I only joined énergie Fitness - Drogheda in August and from day one I loved. The gym has all the equipment you need, plenty of space, safe and well managed. The staff are sound and always available to help. It's a gym for complete beginners as well and advanced gym goers. I was also a wee bit nervous to get back to the gym due to Covid, however, I was very impressed how the gym is setup to keep a safe distance, and everyone cleans and wipes down weight, machines after them. énergie Fitness really promotes a safe gym environment.

I am still enjoying the classes after…
I am still enjoying the classes after 14 months. Normally I get bored and quit after a few weeks. If I could make one change I would lower the music during the classes as I sometimes don't catch what the instructor says. I thought it may be just me but younger girls have told me they can't hear either. Just a suggestion 😊

I think the instructors should walk…
I think the instructors should walk around the gym and supervise people if they are doing the exercises correctly, not being a personal trainer but helping to correct their mistakes that do not do the exercises correctly. this is my opinion

Basic gym with everything that you need for a quick workout. Staff are very friendly. Could do with a smith machine and a decline leg press as an extra option . The gym should definitely improved its locker facilities.

Love this gym so muchh !!
It is very clean and modern the staff are very helpful and assist to you whenever you need it. It’s cheap and well worth the money. Me as a new member of the gym they helped me in showing me how to use everything and even gave me a workout plan for the first few months till I got the hang of it and now I feel so much more motivated to go to the gym because I don’t feel lost and I know what I am doing everytime I go. Instead of dressing the gym I enjoy it and am excited to go every few days 😁

Almost perfect gym.
Great gym, never too crowded and the staff are amazing. I'd give it five stars but the bench press is lined up at an angle to the roof beams so when you're holding the bar above you it looks like you're holding it crooked. This irks the bejaysus out of me.

The gym is too dark i mean the walls…
The gym is too dark i mean the walls are black and there is not enough lamps wich is not giving power to train. In winter time many times there are steamed mirrors so you cant see yourself during workout. Bathroom is many times dirty. Mashines are too close so there is no space for people workingout in front of the mirror...there is enough space to relocate them.
