Best gym in town.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at energié, and Steve has been such a great support during my first few months of training. There is such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I tried every gym in East Grinstead...energié was by far the best.

The local Energie in East Grinstead is welcoming and supportive. It has a good atmosphere and so far the team have been friendly and encouraging with my training.

The staff here are amazing
The staff here are amazing, they want to help in all aspects of your life. Iris has helped me find volunteer positions and steered me to the right groups as well as being a smiling face. Steve has made me a exercise routine that works for me and keeps me returning. This is a community gym and always welcomes you.

Really great place
Really great place. All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I am a senior member and have found no signs of ageism which is terrific. Having a swimming pool for Aqua fit and a sauna and steam room are huge bonuses.

I have been a member of many gyms and some are better equipped but energie has everything you need.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and always make you feel very welcome
It also has a nice pool area with sauna and steam room so for the money you paid it’s absolute bargain and would recommend it to anyone
