My friend and I attended Energie Fitness in Erith today for an induction to the gym. We were welcomed by Wayne, who guided us through the gym, teaching us how to use the equipment as well as informing us what exercises would be good for our goals.
He was friendly and informative and provided much depth to all areas of fitness and healthy eating.
We are both thankful to Wayne and now look forward to attending on a regular basis.

John and harry are the Best helped me so much and felt so much more confident in the gym everyone here is so friendly and I can’t wait for my next gym session. :)

First day today and had a great induction session with Harry and John.

started the gym in january. Really enjoying the atmosphere and community feel. I’ve done a few classes with skye & she has been so helpful & welcoming i’ve now started Personal Training with her as well. So excited to carry on. Highly recommend the gym & skye to anyone who needs help!

Lovely start to the whole ‘joining the gym’ process. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Wayne was incredibly helpful in signing up, Harry phoned to check in on how I was getting on and Skye is a fab PT. Thanks all!

Its great pleasure to tell you that enrgie fitness is really great place to people who really want to achive their healthy goals. They conduct many classes and really helpfull. Enjoyed johns circuits. All trainers are really good and very friendly and they are very knowledgable..Speacially my pt Skye ,she is doing great job and exceptional.
