I met fitness instructors who were friendly, kind and so welcoming. It was my first time in the gym and they advised me to book an induction. Aonghus took me through the machines that l know l will use, he was so nice. I felt welcomed and they have a variety of machines to use regardless of your fitness level as well as fitness classes. I never thought l would love going to gym as much as l do, and l would recommend anyone willing to have a gym membership or day pass not to hesitate to call Energie Gym

From the moment I reached out to inquire about membership packages, the team at this gym exhibited remarkable openness and friendliness. The entire joining process was refreshingly simple, making the initial steps hassle-free. What continually astounds me is the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. It's evident that the staff takes great care to keep the gym in top-notch condition.

The instructors here are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly approachable. They're always available and willing to assist with any questions or guidance needed. What truly stood out for me was the free Induction session Michael, the instructor, paid keen attention to my fitness requirements and customised what I need to do to achieve my personal goals. This level of personalised care was impressive and greatly appreciated.

Participating in the classes offered at the gym has been an absolute delight. The added bonus of enjoying these sessions while being surrounded by a vibrant, supportive community makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this gym. Thank you to the énergie fitness team - Galway for their dedication and commitment to creating such a fantastic place to train.

I really like the energie Fitness gym, there are many simulators for all muscle groups, I also like that there is a place for boxing and fitness

It would be nice to have a free water filling station at the gym. Also paper tawels would be useful for cleaning the machines after use. They provide plenty of cleaning spray bottles but nothing to wipe with.

Since starting in Energie I have found everyone to be so nice and friendly the place is spotless and the classes are quick and effective. Happy using Energie for my gym routines.

Great team of trainers who are always available to assist, training sessions are super. I like the environment and everyday gym session is a unique experience.

Amazing Team. Overall the Gym has everything you need, very comfortable and a great location.
For someone that suffers from anxiety, I feel so comfortable and alot more confident in myself.
The staff are great overall, abit of craic along with any information needed about workouts/how to use the gym equipment.

While being nervous initially I love going to this gym . It is such a positive experience! It is clean, bright and has a lovely energy but it’s the quality of the staff that makes the difference . They are a warm , welcoming and well informed team who provide a quality service. Ivor is helping me on my fitness journey and is brilliant . Mental health and fitness is more important now than ever before and I would recommend this gym as your first step .
