Energie
Been a member at a lot of gyms and finally I have found the best and most friendliest gym I’ve been to. Management and staff are both very knowledgable, approachable and friendly. I joined the gym to train for a cycling sportive and the gym gave me all the help and support I needed to achieve my goal. I will definitely be renewing my membership, keep up the good work everyone.

I love this gym
I love this gym, I have never exercised as much. The instructors are so friendly and always great me with a smile. As a 56 year woman Infeel I have a new lease of life and it's all thanks to this gym. Also like to mention Lucy who encourage me and is absolutely fabulous

Gym's ok
The gym meets my relatively simple needs, but some cushioned pads on equipment need to be replaced more regularly, foot straps on spinning bikes don't seem to be threaded properly. Nothing too serious, hence a decent score

Community made by sweat!!
Been with Energie for year and one day to be exact and I can not fault these guys or place one bit! Staff are friendly but little crazy, makes it all the better! Classes are best around, if you don’t come out of it sweating then you there something physically wrong with you lol. So much motivation and support! You won’t get this any where else!!!

Energie Fitness - Leighton Buzzard
The Energie Fitness club in Leighton Buzzard is an excellent gym with a regular team that offer a huge range of expertise. It's also an incredibly friendly and welcoming place and staff are always on hand to assist with a smile. The facilities have recently been upgraded and represent outstanding value for money, with a range of classes available everyday, including The Yard - a definite winner!

Would definitely recommend
I go 5 times a week, normally early morning. It's hard work but fun, the fitness classes are excellent, and staff are allways chatty, helpful and courteous. I can't fault the service.
The gym has recently been refurbished too, so the power-showers are awesome.

Getting there. More to do.
Good location. Decent price. Friendly staff.
CV machines badly arranged (treadmills facing the wall - really?) and some unreliable.
Cold showers sometimes.
Air con patchy (even at this time of year).
The Box could do with some lighter weights and power bags for those who do not box.

I use the gym 3 times a week
I use the gym 3 times a week, usually in the free weights and resistance area. It has recently had a face lift with which has been significant to the areas I use. Lots of facilities that I dont use but seem popular with others. All at a reasonable fee.

I have now been a member for over a…
I have now been a member for over a year & visit the gym 3 days every week.
The location of the gym is ideal as I live 5 minutes from it.
Car parking is excellent.
I am in my sixties so I decided the time had come when I definitely needed to get fitter for health reasons.
The gym has recently had an internal refit which has benifited both the decoration & had certain new equipment added for the members.
I find the staff friendly & helpful as I do with other members.
