Update:The plan was sent out to an incorrect email id. A little effort and attention in the first place could've resolved this issue.
Potential solution to avoid this in the future is to integrate email option within energie portal so Managers don't need to type the email address everytime.
Original: One of your marketed service is a curated 4 week workout plan. one of your trainers is taking more than 4 weeks now to send the plan and lies that it was sent already.
Couldn't find it in the sent box when she checked and she seems not interested to properly explain and resolve the issue.

Staff always pushing people literally…
Staff always pushing people literally 30mim before closing to be quick so they can leave the premises when the gym officially just closes at 10pm . Annoying and inconvenient why don’t u put up a sign saying you close at 9:30 or 9:45? That would make things easier

Top quality, fully equipped gym
Spacious, fully equipped gym and friendly approachable staff. Could do with another lat pull-down machine though as it’s so popular. It would also be good if they brought in a student deal: monthly rate for students in the city. Great gym overall!

Joined just over two weeks ago as a person who had no experience using gym equipment the staff couldn't be more helpful and made sure I felt comfortable with the equipment before using them. I also took up PT with Bobby who gives you a great push to reach your goals and is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness

Great experience
On a recent visit to Limerick, I attended this gym. I found the staff extremely professional, helpful & very accommodating to my needs. The gym itself was very clean along with all the equipment with great facilities for patrons. Will definitely visit this gym again.

Very nice staff and clean environment
Very nice staff and clean environment. Good selection of free weights. Should consider putting mirrors on all walls as clientele crowds the one mirrored wall.
Floor plan could be realigned to make best use of space as there is not enough room for all the free weight work that takes place.
