Very poor service,joined as a new member called Into the gym on 2 occasions beforehand to confirm I would have no issues with classes and was assured there wouldn't be and decided to join.Could only get into a class a week later if I stayed up until midnight a week before.Part of the conditition of joining was a session with a PT to do a program that didnt happen.Just cancelled membership.Whilst I understand it's difficult times and was patient it became evident the gym could not cope with servicing the existing members let alone new members very dissappointed as I loved the gym and very good instructors. I would recommend that you are honest with people rather than get them to join and then frustrate them.I received a refund of my joining fee after pointing out that your gym has a responsibility to provide the services agreed to In your Terms and Conditions .Hope you use this info to give people a better customer experiance going forward .

An amazing gym. Only a new member but the staff are so friendly and helpful and make you feel so comfortable in the gym! Great equipment also and I love that I can watch Netflix while working out!! :)

Very friendly gym
This is the first gym I've ever joined and my experience over the past year has been very positive. There are a lot of classes on offer, the staff have been friendly, the gym is always clean and I have found other members to be very respectful. It can get quite busy at peak times, but I've heard this is the case with pretty much all gyms. Overall I would highly recommend.

Where I belong.
As a member of energie fitness I can honestly say it is the best gym I've ever been a member of. I could go on and on, but in a nut shell it's the place where I belong 😊 I couldn't give the staff enough credit, total professionals and are great fun, which makes the class even more enjoyable. I attend the spinning classes and although I may have my favourites 😀each instructor is just fantastic at what they do. At 25e a month it's just excellent value, couldn't recommend the gym more if I could give it ten stars I would...
