Staff are very nice gym clean and equipment upto date all.you need

Great atmosphere

Went and could not do a full induction as there was teenagers sat on the machines. The gym was full of teenagers some who was messing about others who was sat doing nothing was shocking the staff did nothing just sat in the office on the phones. Staff did not ask people who was sat on the machines doing nothing to move for others to use.

I love the classes. I'm made to feel welcome.

Really good gym. Lots of equipment in good condition, layout is really nice, and enjoy the tv and music playing.
Bit awkward to get drinks and snacks though with no one stationed in that area most of the time. Vending machines might be a good idea

Love my sculpt classes on a Saturday morning with Ashley , lost a stone and always feel great after the class !

I've recently joined this gym 🏋️‍♂️ and find the staff very helpful.Good opening hours which suits me and plenty of CV equipment, free weights and resistance equipment, no matter how busy it is there is plenty of equipment to use!👍

I joined a couple of months ago.
Very friendly and have enjoyed all the classes I have attended.
I will be trying a few more over the next few weeks.

Clean Premises, friendly and helpful staff, and a variety of machines to use for your regular exercise routine. Lockers are provided though you must bring your own padlock for your stay (they're £2 on amazon, so literally no issue)

Hot Drinks/Healthy Snacks/Cold Drinks and other foodstuffs that are good for you during/after your workout are available for purchase.

Ample parking to the front, and a safe place your bike can be brought to inside.
I'd highly recommend this Gym for both existing members (and travelling members!) and for new members wanting to get their gym on!

I am loving my energies fitness experience. I've not attended any gym since my 20's, I'm now 65 and loving it. I attend 3 classes and them sessions on equipment. I feel great afterwards.

This is a brilliant gym. I have a target to reach and when I joined I felt at home from the start with the friendly staff happy to help and the friendly people using the gym. I enjoy going fantastic equipment. Thank you for letting me join your gym

Very helpful always someone around if unsure about the machines very clean friendly staff.

The gym its self you can't ask for more its got everything you need but does get busy.
Sometimes you have to change your workout as people hog apparatus and sit on their phones and won't let you jump in inbetween sets, also the toilet area is a let down doesn't seam to get cleaned much regularly find there out of soap and once iv found there to be no toilet paper, water all over the place regularly i have reported this issue before and can't say whether it gets amended once iv left.
