This is just the gym I have been…
This is just the gym I have been looking for. Friendly knowledgeable staff. As an older lady I feel I can do as much or as little as I want but always someone there if I am not sure or need help with anything.

Good setup and very friendly helpful staff
Good setup and friendly staff. Missin one star as needs a few more heavier kettlebells(24kg - 32kg), rings mounted for muscle ups and heavy sand bags or d balls would get the extra star. On the whole a good facility

A place for training…
I think it’s a great place for training just wish I could find sum kind of dry tissue for when I get a sweat on… other than that it’s nearly perfect for what it is “A Gym” 😉

Me and my wife go to the gym for…great gym
Me and my wife go to the gym for exercise as wife is disabled this helps her build muscles in her legs and gives her more mobility and helps me to lose weight. The team there are very helpful and are happy to see us and make us feel welcome.

Really good
Nice, friendly and helpful instructors and the gym has plenty of equipment with a brilliant weight section. I just feel it lacks room to do the kind of workouts i do so using kettlebells and dumbbells etc

Lucy left, lost my money
Lucy the manager is very approachable and friendly happy to talk to you about anything, nice, clean and friendly place to go. Until they took money for a month that was meant to be frozen, I ask for a refund but the gym had closed and trying to call energy fitness was practically impossible, Lucy has left the gym has been reopened under someone else and my refund isn't their problem apparently. I won't be using energy fitness again.
