Rude telefoniste

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Since they said they have 24/7 service, I called for C.V. kettle repair via Woonbron. They gave me an appointment which is a few days away and they don’t care if we have warm water or heating at night. I tried to explain I have kids but the lady on the telefoon was rude!!

Avoid at all cost, fraud

This is a full-on fraud company with no support, no answers on e-mail or the phone for months and incompetent service people that cannot do even basic tasks.

Unreasonable company with no concern for their customers nor their reputation

Read their terms and conditions carefully, there is little value in what they offer and the terms are not in the cosumer's favor. Energie Wacht has not once done anything for my two year contract--and they can't, the gas is permenantly disconnected and the device the service contract was taken out on no longer exists. I understand the two year contract terms, but a smart company that values its reputation would have taken my reasonable offer to pay for 1 year of the remaining 18 months of subscription up front immediately if they could cancel it for me. They would rather have the extra 42 euros over 18 months than the 84 I offered up front. With inflation, the benefit to them is negligible. It is literally impossible to receive any benefit from this subscription. If they had accepted my proposal, they would be receiving a 5 star review instead of a 1 star review--and I told them this. They don't care about their customers or their reputation--go elsewhere.

Worse of the worse

Worse of worse. Been paying for yearly maintenance and now realised they haven't come by for 2.5 years. They don't even have a phone number listed on their website for regular enquiries. You have to submit a form on their website for everything. Looking at their rates online, it seems they are even charging me more than they should. This company is a scam, avoid at all cost.
