DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! They do not care to honor their return policy. I was delivered a damaged package and items and was accused of lying by the owner herself when I reached out to let them know. They deliberately misinterpreted my email responses to make it seem as though I fabricated a story and outright called me a liar who damaged the packages. I can’t put into words the level of ignorance this company has for customer care. As someone who believes what we put out there will eventually come back to us, I know they will one day reap what they’re sowing. Please take my advice and shop locally or with a different company if you’re looking for spirulina and chlorella. This company is a scam and should not be in business.

Horrible service but even worse aftersales
The service here at ENERGYbits is horrible, but the company's after-sales customer service is even worse! The company offers terrible service for too high price. And yet, the customer service representatives can't even speak to their customers properly and respectfully. ENERGYbits is one of the most awful companies I've ever had to deal with.

I have been ordering these for a while
I have been ordering these for a while. The last bag they sent the tablets were so hard I felt like they were going to break my tooth!! I wrote them told them and the company said nope they are fine! For $130 bag of energy bits I think I am done ordering these if they don't take care of REPEAT customers
