Disorganised, dishonest and borderline criminal.

I had the deep misfortune to live for 2 years in a property where this disorganised, chaotic and massively unprofessional bunch of charlatans were 'administering' (and I use the term loosely) the utility bills. In just 2 years, they managed to :-
1/ Not bill correctly for the first 9 months (I kept a log of my usage of electricity and water)
2/ When challenged it took them 11 months to issue 'amended pricing' which, by some massive coincidence, added up to the amount they'd tried to charge me in the first place which I'd already proven to be wrong.
3/ Now - over 2 years AFTER I left the tenancy they are chasing for money - which I had already paid and, to add insult to injury, they're now trying to charge for gas supplied to an all-electric flat.

Their latest invoice has the wrong dates for my tenancy - they're trying to add several months of bills in from AFTER I left.
The latest email is claiming I am a tenant or a leaseholder of the building I vacated over 2 years ago.
Utter, utter conmen

Terribly run company

Terribly run company. They email me out of the blue four years after I was unfortunate enough to be forced to use them as an energy supplier asking for money. They had not sent any communication prior to this. Once I paid them, they continued to chase me and threaten me with extra fees. They add on made up correction charges to their invoices. No-one in their right mind would use this company if they weren't forced to. All the negative reviews are completely accurate.

I just had a call with one of your Customer Service Agent Polina - Disgraceful Customer Service

I just had a call with one of your customer service agents, who introduced herself as Polina (she had an accent, in case that helps identify her). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant.

When I was trying to understand what she was explaining about my policy, I said, “Sorry, I don’t quite understand what you mean.” Her response was, “What don’t you understand?”—in a very rude and dismissive tone. When I pointed out that she was being quite rude and reminded her that as a customer I shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable for asking questions, she insisted, “I am not being rude.”

I was simply trying to confirm whether my policy had been cancelled, but instead I was made to feel belittled and disrespected. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Someone with that attitude should not be working in a customer-facing role.

Unbelievable service

I don’t understand why people complain about the charges of this company. You may think that they charge a lot just for sending you an invoice. But you’re ignoring the costs of all the invoices they send out to the wrong address. For example, they’ve been sending regular invoices to my house addressed to someone who hasn’t lived here for over 6 years. And another thing you’ve forgotten is the cost of the hay to feed all the donkeys in the office who have ignored every single one of my many messages over that 6 year period advising them of this. So, when you take everything into account, I would guess that they’re barely covering their costs.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible - never reply to any emails to their "helpdesk" requesting any information - just ignore you.
Force you to logon to their portal to download invoices, when you try to create an account you never get any confirmation email so you can't.

What a totally useless company providing ZERO customer service.

Lackadaisical

I would agree with my fellow commenters, that this company is quite awful. There is a surcharge simply for managing to send paper invoices, and they were not sent out regularly. I speak from experience of having to deal with this entity over multiple years.

Suspect company

Infrequently sends customers a bill, half of which accounts for a 'bill management fee'. Getting in touch with them is overly difficult (they don't even seem to have a registered office anymore) and explanations of how they work out the total bill are very thin. How this company was ever considered suitable is beyond me.

Scam company - slam any property management company using them

This company should not be trusted nor should the property management companies such as First Port giving them the work. The company structure as you'll see from further (and only) 1* reviews below is opaque and I'm sure the relationship between First Port and Energy Invoicing would be very interesting to an investigative journalist. I'm not working at the minute and so will dig further now as I hate dishonesty. I'll also rally my development to post on Trust Pilot.

There is also no office number for them, just a mobile number, so, so sketchy.

Shocking company seems to be fleecing…

Shocking company seems to be fleecing our entire development every month. The actual energy charge is 30% of the actual bill. Correction charges cost more than the energy itself and the factor they use varies wildly (which when challenged can't be justified)

Avoid. We've ended up paying much for for our hot water in our development by using this company.

Energy invoicing

The invoicing company has won a bid from a building management company and act as an intermediate for money collection. The need for this intermediate company was claimed as justified since some residents were not alledgidely paying power bills.

This was imposed to resident by the Building management company. Energy invoicing charges over 84£ including VAT for this action per account (7£ per month). The bills provided are yet irregular and requests unfair payment terms (14 days after invoicing dates yet the invoice takes up to 5 working days to arrive); The invoice does not have a summary or previous bills and whether it has been paid.

It claims to have a website on which one can access its account yet it is bogus.

The company receiving the funds is "corporate power limited" which then uses another company "N&L associate company";

In short, Energy invoicing company send irregular invoices in a form a A4 page and charge 7£ per month for it regarless of being on time or not. This does meet the initial remit of the building management company. It essentially adds to my power bills 50% extra cost purely in paperwork.
