Fantastic difference changing from 5 halogen dichroic downlighting to LED compatible lie voltage lamps. Simple changeover, old lamps out and new push fit LED lamps put in. It's like daylight in my bathroom now.

Spoke to sales dept no ever so helpful but difficult as they can't see the problem. Light bulbs arrived well packaged. Only supplier I found for my light bulbs.

Despite the packaging, one item arrived damaged. It was replaced quickly with no fuss at all.

this is an excellent product and was quite easy to assemble.
It gives just the right amount of light at all levels although I would have preferred there to be just one small section for the dimmer which would make it easier to move.

Happy with the lights but there was a problem processing my payment although the staff were great in dealing with progressing it for me & sorting everything out. Would use these again & recommend to others.

No problem with the company or the product. Only mishap was that no one let me know the delivery slot so I missed 2 delivery attempts as I was away for a couple of days & the turn round as very fast. The problem was the couriers. I was left a card with no date on so had no idea when they tried. Not the fault of ESL & I must say that the speed at which it arrived took me by surprise. Would have been 5* but for this hiccup.

Nice lamp with a retro feel about it - great in our new sunroom. The lamp was well packaged and delivered very quickly.

Ordered a table lamp which arrived damaged, emailed company who said they would send a replacement if I sent the broken one back, OK i guess.
Return postage cost me over £12 but they would only refund £6 odd which I am sure is in breach of trading standards, but I decided I did really like the lamp so would take the expense on the chin.
New lamp arrived fine but it seems they forgot to refund my postage (even the £6 odd), further email was then required to "remind them".

We had been let down by a supplier and needed some lamps to finish a job. I called Energy Save Lighting to see if they had the lamps in stock, they did and Anthony said if we ordered by 4pm he would personally look out for our order and ensure it was sent out - which it was and we received it next morning. It was well packaged and the product was good quality. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.
