When I heard from them I was hesitant as we know of the scams today. I spoke to the sales person about 3 times, looked them up and bit the bullet. They are top class. From the sales rep who was very personable, polite and professional. He handed me over to the web designer after I opened my account. Shez was very helpful, listened to what I needed and did not get from my other provider, designed what I wanted and needed. I them asked for business emails of which he had them back to me before I finished my lunch. Now I am giving him links to help my customers further and the response was great, "I am here for you, no problem" I highly recommend these folks for your website. If you are like me, I don't have the time and really don't have much knowledge on these matters. Its like having a techie on payroll.

Using information gleaned from ??, and my description of servies, they delivered a beautiful website, much better than I could have thought possible. They were both courteous and prompt in all telephone interactions. I am busy and needed "good telephone". Highly recommend.

Ive had a good expirience working with them. From start to finish they have been reliable, transparent, and consistent. They delivered on exactly what was promised with no delays.

From the start, communication was lacking. I often found it difficult to get timely responses to my questions and concerns. The SEO strategies they implemented did not yield the expected results, and I noticed little to no improvement in my website's visibility. I have been paying for a service that I have not been receiving! Overall, I would not recommend EngageYourBiz for SEO or website services. My experience has left me frustrated and regretting my decision AND wasting a lot of money!

First of all, they did not generate any business for me which they claimed they would. When I went to cancel my services, they still charged me $948 and told me they were unable to reverse the charge. They over promise, under deliver. Beware. I just hope my wasted $948 is able to save someone else.

Unfortunately, I need to reply to their response. The original agreement was NOT about web hosting or design as they have suggested. I was perfectly happy with my webhosting (paying $6/month) and they simply replicated my existing website on their platform, there was no reason to switch to Engage at a $100/month for the same service.

I also offered a way to simple solution to correct the situation. I asked them to return the money they charged me for a year in advance. They refused claiming they were "unable" to process a refund. I wish them the best in your future endeavors but would hope they choose a more legitimate business model.

Shez has been awesome to work with. He has been responsive every email and been able to handle every tweak and customization that I've thrown at him. It's been a good experience working with them so far.

They are RELENTLESS. They will not stop calling and emailing, sometimes up to 4-5 times a day. I have already refused their service multiple times. Its gotten to the point where I just hang up at this point. Would 100% not use them, they will not stop or take no for an answer.
