I apologize for leaving this company a bad review yesterday on Jan 22, 2025 I said that they was dum I was wrong there website was down so that's why the changes I requested wasn't addressed they called the next morning and explained everything and they also made the changes for me why we was on the phone this is the best company to choose if you need a great website built I apologize America I was wrong and it takes a real man or woman to admit when there wrong

Engage basically stole my money. They say I hired them to take over my website but I actually hired another company. We they sent me the billing on it I thought it was the company I hired because I get 50 calls a day about doing my website design. That was my fault I concede to that. They continued to bill me even thought they had no administrative access. That means they had no access to change or do anything with my site. They will not give me the money back even though they've done nothing.

They are great in everything they do but they need to monitor the range of each customer in Google and other search engine help them to improve it; If they position is above 5.

Everyone I have dealt with at Engage so far has been extremely professional, polite and friendly. My account manager Serena has been attentive to the needs of my account and has continued to follow-up in an effort to produce the target solutions we have set.

We left Web.com because our website was never up, specific functions of the site worked occasionally and there was NEVER anyone to answer questions, help fix the issues.
We have been EXTREMELY please with Engage! From the get-go we have had our own account manager who is extraordinarily responsive and helpful to any and all questions. Responses have been within HOURS not WEEKS! He is so good I started putting in the subject line that he didn't need to do anything until Monday, didn't matter, got a response immediately. I am VERY please with our website both in design and functionality.

I have found Engage to be attentive up front with fees and did great work on my website. I was paying more than 3x a month for the same service and getting no hits. Since switching I have received inquiries through my site which is a pleasant surprise.

Attention!!!Say “NO” to Engage.
This company does not have a Hotline, no Facebook page but only via TEXT and Email!!!
The company collects fees without providing invoices, and when stopping the service, they will block the customer's website to force the customer to continue. That's hooligan!!!
They charged my service for 6 months and continued to charge me every month until the 13th month.
When I discovered it and sent an email 30 days in advance asking to stop, they blocked the Webside. (This is the Webside I already have.) If you want them to serve you, I advise you to ask them to provide a contract and return your Webside access rights after stopping service, or better, do not do business with this company because it is ineffective and will waste money. (I have informed thousands of hair and nail salon owners across the United States about this company on all social networking sites to avoid being deceived by Engage company.)
