Irresponsible.

Great guy. Awful time to respond.
Had a large removal of KK3 supported wall. Was nice and quite responsive and then suddenly stopped responding after the work was completed. This puts a lot of pressure on the process and has been going on for nearly five months with repeated promises that he will complete the process for no avail and then finally disappearance (after receiving the vast majority of the money).

All in all, unclear what is going on, but non-communication is the worst way of moving forward.
