Order placed on March 18 did not ship. After several contacts with Customer Service, the order was supposedly re-shipped. After a few more weeks, it still had not been received. ES states they were waiting on warehouse, waiting on UPS claim, etc. I cancelled the order. Refund took weeks and they shorted us without notice or explanation.
Part's ordered were poorly packaged and the product was damaged. Reached out to customer service on the day of delivery, was told the message was forwarded to their returns department for further assistance. No word back 4 business days later.
The Tomahawk 30" powered floor sweeper is the best, wish I would have bought this a long time ago. does a great job and is a great time saver. now I can have my guys doing something besides sweeping. Engineersupply is a great seller, and very fast shipping

I wear 34" pant size and ordered a medium belt. The leather belt holes give me just enough room to wear over a jacket in winter, but the velcro belt is about an inch too short for the largest leather belt hole setting.
