Terrible company ordered a keyring for Mother's Day, still hasn't arrived emailed twice to no avail.

Its pretty clear they're scammers after coming to here dont be fooled by the 4.75/5 star rating on the website its clearly manipulated.

I am disgusted the fact they charged me £25 for a keyring (I was in a hurry as it was Valentine’s Day) I ordered it well in advance and it still came 4 days late 3 days after Valentine’s Day! The picture quality is shocking it looks like it was produced on Temu! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

The order took a little while but was worth the wait x It’s a lovely key ring with such a happy memory for us on it x really happy with the key ring x thank you x

Very pleased with all the key rings which I received.

Was expecting to have it arrived right before Christmas as I’ve ordered it on 19th but it arrived, took 24 days to arrive as it’s from Switzerland not UK based, at least they’ve contacted back when I’ve asked for any updates, actual keyring looks lovely so it wasn’t that bad as the other people were saying, just patient that it will arrive later than expected

Crap service and average quality of the product for which they are one of the most expensive producers. States dispatch within 48 hours and 3-5 day delivery!! My order was submitted and wasn’t received for over 3 weeks, completely missing the birthday for which the item/gift was for! Never using again. Find another engraver.

I have reported my experience with this company to the domain registrar and the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for further investigation. I ordered from engravedkeyrings.co.uk and my payment was processed by dogstag.co.uk. Both these website are then registered under a different company name CUSTOMSKY LTD. The website engravedkeyrings.co.uk is registered to ATRYOS DMCC, a United Emirates based company. Many websites associated with ATRYOS DMCC have negative customer reviews and low-trust domain records, including porteclepersonnalise.com, which looks very similar to engravedkeyrings.co.uk. I’m sharing this information so other customers can make informed decisions.

Sadly did not arrive in time for sisters birthday and quality is so poor, will be going straight in the bin

This company is a SCAM. Ordered an engraved keyring for my wife from our son for Xmas, it was supposedly shipped on the 6th, still not received anything and despite using the contact form and email... nothing, no response at all.

Guessing they are also not based in London either.

Also to add, I've had to request a charge back from my bank, there's no way these criminals are keeping my money.

Tried to contact thus company several times reference delivery of order no response cant get a direct contact number, will be contacting credit card company to stop payment
Would not recommend this company

Placed order on 27 Nov, have not received the item. Contacted customer services but no one replied.

Placed an order end of November no tracking number received and no communication since original order confirmation. They are very expensive as well for a keyring. Would avoid ordering as it seems the majority of orders don't get fulfilled

I placed an order five days ago because the website claimed dispatch within 48 hours, but my item never arrived. There’s been no tracking number, no updates, and no communication from the company at all.

After checking TrustPilot, I realized many others have had the same issue — I wish I had looked sooner. I paid £21 for a keyring, which I could have easily ordered from a more reputable company for a similar or even lower price.

Their Instagram page also looks inactive, with barely any engagement and no replies to customer messages. Based on my experience, this seems like a poorly managed (possibly one-person) operation that does not deliver what it promises.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this website until they prove they can actually fulfill and communicate about orders.

Update - item finally arrived and I am more than happy with it. Took 10 days, but they delivered, so I've decided to upgrade to a 4 star

I would give 0 if I could! Placed order, says shipped within 48 hours. Order not shipped, told me they couldn’t use my photo. Asked for a refund and was told I could have a credit valid for 6 months. Emailed back now several times requesting my money back and I have had no response! I’ve now had to raise this for a charge back with my bank!

Order claims “next day dispatch” but still waiting on delivery 2 weeks later. No customer service response or way of tracking the parcel. Avoid at all costs!!!
