It took some time to navigate my subscription. It seems that the addition of a 2nd device button didnt open up to a menu to add one. I had to be on 2nd the device and log into Enigma. when I did, it made that device the primary and I had to re-activate my primary laptop.
Caveat: My partner's desk top had an expired subscription. This complicated the process even as I deleted it. I am not skilled with this kind of software, somewhat of a Ludite. Success in the end with persistance. Working on it periodically over several days.

Windows 10 still running smoothly with RegHunter and SpyHunter Pro. Customer service is great; quick and personal response. Extremely satisfied.

Everybody makes mistakes. What is most important is how a person or business recovers from that mistake. I noticed that I was about to be double-billed for a SpyHunter subscription and emailed Enigma about it. They were very responsive and eliminated the redundant fee very quickly without any questions or run-around.

Signed up for the trial, and was said to notify them at least 2 days before trial was to expire, which I did twice, didn't hear a word from anyone, re-sent my info. to the helpdesk still no response, but they were quick to bill me 99.00 Canadian. I've tried signing into the website with my credentials and still nothing. I advised them that I had already uninstalled their product, because it was ongoing problems with my PC.

tho most shitty AV of all time, do NOt remove what it shuld, even not detect it, and when you use suppoprt and ask a question,, omfg the answer is ,, wtf,, i did not ask of ANYTHING in that way,, just LOL ,, using AI to generete every answer i guess

Total scam, i get refunded 1 Eur, instead 48 Eur, what's the point to do such things? just run away from scam.

Surprisignly, but many of the reviews were stating they were unable to cancel their subscription and money were taken from them. That was putting some uncertainty within me, since yes, you have to input your payment details and according to Surfshark, website suffered from data leak, so I guess EnigmaSoft has to do something regarding that.
From my own experience, it worked well and managed to clear browser data and other hard-to-achieve malwares or codes, that even Norton could not achieve. The only unpleasant thing was interface, just because to access your reports, you have to access it through a different menu, which is a bit hard to find at first. Other than that, app worked relatively well. Price wise - I don't think this is a reasonable price, especially that other cleaners are either cheaper, either offer much more, but at least it does what it was meant to do and deals with cleaning deep threats.

I've used it for several years without complaint. However, it's now simply too expensive with so many alternatives available.

Impossible to cancel subscription. Their business practices are as insidious as the viruses. There are better, cheaper alternatives.

The free trial can't bé canceled. Enigma support won't help you and won't ear you.

The billing practices with this company are horrible! You have to give a payment method to use a "Free Trial" but they make it impossible to cancel after that. There is no way to cancel on the website and no one is answering the helpline. Their ticketing agent is a bot that sends you to the website. They only way I have found to cancel the payment is by blocking through PayPal.

I signed up yesterday for the trial. I would like to cancel. They make it very difficult. I would like it noted here that I have sent a ticket and an email to cancel my account. The ticket appears to have been responded to by a robot.

the spyhunter helpdesk is easy to contact. Their communication is clear and efficient. You do not have to be a nerd to understand their instructions

I have had Spy hunter a couple of years now I had a virus or bug on my PC that my antivirus software could not get rid of. A fe people online had the same problem they told me what they did to get rid of it to no avail till someone told me to get this software. I did I used it and it got rid of the problem. Secondly I had a problem with my subscription coming up as not accepted I contacted support was surprised to get an email back 15 min later asked me some questions and then 5 minutes later they were back again the fault was mine I had originally signed up under a different email than the one I was using now. They gave me a point by point checklist to go through problem solved their support is top notch.
