Two weeks ago, I too signed up after being bombarded with emails of new programs but despite paying cannot access any shows nor does it state I paid even after getting a confirmation email of payment.
This is a huge scam.
If only I had checked before signing up for29 this upper-class twits scam.
BE WARNED.
COMPLETE FRAUD. TRAPS YOU INTO AUTO PAY AND PROVIDES NO SERVICE. Many many attempts resulted in absolutely not a single show. This is a slow, steady bleed set up to take your money.Customer service is totally bogus. No response of any kind -ever.
Total fraud. Never able to watch a single show. Got no reply for my requests for help.
Then they renewed me at the end again!! Trying to stop it from happening again, but I can’t get into their client portal to cancel - even with all ID’s, passcode, invoice #s, etc.
They stole $60 from me.
If you pay for TV content with this company you wont get any - they dont have any unique shows. The shows they do have are available for free on youtube and these guys are just pirating them.
Also they say in the small print your subscription is actually a donation for whales and dolphins and not for TV. This way they can say you are paying a donation for sea life and not for TV. Its a scam folks. AVOID!!!!
I have also read a lot of reviews from people who paid many years ago for a DVD which never got released. The guy who runs the site has been making excuses why this dvd hasnt been produced and its over 4 years late on its release date. THIS IS BAD NEWS FOLKS... avoid.
