I did my course last December.When I reached my second syringe I’ve noticed that the supply was only for 6 days/should be 7/
I contacted my dentist who contacted the company.They sent me straight away a full syringe!
I went through a mild to horrible pain during using the second syringe./I think I did it more than 10 days because I had to have a break between /Sadly when I finished my tooth wasn’t even close to the promised B1.
They sent me straight away a full syringe again.
We discussed with my dentist about the terrible pain and she said she had several patients said the same so she reported back to the company.
I had to do the syringe 2 again in March to get the results.I managed to do 2 nights but after the second one I had terrible pain again so I had to stop.I contacted my dentist who said sadly the Enlighten did not respond her report about the severe pain for many customers.
Tuesday was when I had the last used the whitening and today is Friday and I am still having pain in my tooth.
We still waiting for the respond as my dentist said she sent the report again.

We’re pleased to hear that replacement syringes were arranged for you promptly, however the level of sensitivity and ongoing pain you’ve described is certainly concerning and not something to be overlooked. Tooth sensitivity can sometimes occur during whitening treatments, particularly depending on individual factors such as enamel condition, clenching or grinding of the teeth, or treatment planning, but it should always be manageable, under the guidance of your dentist
In terms of the shade outcome, some patients may take a bit longer to reach the B1 shade due to external reasonings, this is why we are to discuss the case with your dentist to evaluate the best next step, which is why your treatment may have taken longer than most other cases.
As per UK regulations, we’re unfortunately unable to deal with patients directly regarding treatment, however, we are happy to try and help you on this journey. Your dentist is best placed to assess your symptoms and review your treatment plan, with our full support, and we are more than happy to liaise with your dentist directly, should they require any assistance from our side. Had my teeth whitened at my own dentist with the Enlighten system
Was pleased how it went and had the enlighten toothpaste and the serum one included.
So have just ordered some more of the toothpaste as it does its job well.
Easy to order from you online but wish I could order the whitening gel too when I need to top up my teeth whitening.
The toothpaste was delivered very quickly and well packaged so will be ordering more when I need to.
