I didn't want to have to leave a review…

I didn't want to have to leave a review about my poor expeirence but Enmark2's customer service was very rude and left me no choice, unfortunantely. They wouldn't help me at all when a frame I purchased (I was a repeat customer) came damaged and with my impurities. They told me because I didn't email them within 24 hours of delivery that it was not their fault, it was the shipper's fault even though majority of the issues with the frame were quality control like an imperfection in the plexiglass which made a big line through the middle meaning the artwork looked bad through it, the back foam of the frame won't fit inside all the way to push the artwork forward and they told me to cut it myself?? I don't have the tools to cut the thick firm foam they sent me that doesn't fit. The frame came with black smudge marks dotted all around the white frame which won't rub off and the corners of the frame show chips and misalignment. Just overall poor craftsmanship. This doesn't even include the huge dent and chip in the side/front of the frame that's left a hole in it.

I just kindly asked for a replacement or a refund and they stopped replying after the second email. I was very surprised. Imagine my perspective: as a customer I spent 90 euros on a frame that couldn't be put on my wall because it was damaged and then the seller told me it wasn't their fault? Not really winning any friends with that kind of treatment to customers, imo. I'd recommend going to an in-person framer or someone else more trusted online.
