We work with EG as sourcing and fulfillment partners. They have always been helpful and accommodating, even amongst the turmoil that has unfolded with the ATF restrictions on smokes. It is out of their control, and their communication is solid 95% of the time. Their billing systems are a little odd, but it is such a niche market you cannot really expect otherwise.

We ordered some smoke ..
We ordered some smoke ... albeit very close to the wedding date ... we checked they would arrive on time ahead of the order and this was confirmed ... no confirmation e-mail no tracking was given ... we called again the day before the wedding and again it was confirmed they "would" arrive that day ... not "might" or "could" which would left us with other options ... and then they arrived 2 days after the wedding ... the phone contact was erratic and inaccurate leaving one with the view trhat this is not really a proper business. Awaiting repayment.

I've been using their products for some time now, but never ordered directly.
Placed an order on Monday, a despatch confirmation came in an email on Wednesday and by Wednesday evening my order was delivered with compliments from people who seemed like EG employees.
