Enrich Salon - AMbedkar garden I went here today for a haircut with my family member. As I walked in I asked Rukhsar at the front desk if we both can sit there to which she nodded yes. Within a minute the hairstylist appears and rukhsar who was glancing at me pulled a face im disdain. I thought is it my hair, am I looking funny ? But no. Possibly I had gone to a mandir and there was a red Tikka on my neck? So, I was being judged for not appearing cool for their salon? I don`t know which one it it. Later on, As I was walking out, the girl besides rukhsar starred looking at me in an intimidating manner As they were discussing something between themselves. At first I thought maybe she wants to say something to me, but no. She just gave me a cold stare. I have a question for the branch. Are these ladies always like that or they were in some kinda funk to sit there and judge people or try to intimidate them. Special training lia hai?

Very unprofessionalism...very bad experience.. They made me wait for 45 min.. Then at the time of washing hair they used bucket and mug to wash hair.. Worst experience and hefty charges..

This salon gives the worst of service. I recently applied for a free haircut session at enrich kemps corner, did get a call back last week. can share the recording too of the appointment too however while confirming the timing for the appointment i was told that i will not be receiving that and it is scrapped. how for publicity these campaigns are held. service is also very sad and poor hygeine standards thought it would change however it is still sad, rude and unapologetic towards it customers.

I’ve been a member of this salon service brand for long and have always appreciated the salon services that they provide
But the inefficient and uncouth staff that they have is clearly hampering the renowned name of such a big organisation.
Clearly in the google reviews all the bad reviews are related to the management and unprofessional way of dealing with customers and not respecting the customer’s time.
