Horrible got ripped off

Horrible do not trust this salesman he literally lied to me about helping me out with my credit enterprise is the worst place to buy a vehicle intrest rates are ridiculously high don’t be fooled or forced into believing that it’s going to help your credit I got ripped off! In (Warren mi) I-put down 10,000 cash which the sales man took as profit for himself and finance me. On a 2015 Buick Regal turbo in 2018 was given a 75.000 mile warranty soon as it expired. I needed shocks and struts and rotors, brakes, tires that wasn’t matching had to pay out of pocket for a fuel pump! Plus transmission work! Within the 1st year I purchased The vehicle. Financing was 11,000. Interest was almost 30% which is high. For 73 months heading closed to 80 months with Santander. Which is a financing High risk broker in Texas. They never seen the amount that was put down. On this vehicle So!!! Be careful beware and don’t let your emotions and excitement get the best of you…Remember you are the buyer get what your looking for don’t let yourself be pushed they are over charging you for these vehicles..Don’t put cash down!!! If you do don’t forget to get a Receipt Stating how much you put down or Give it to your finance company. And don’t take the extended warranty!!! Which makes your payments even longer they charge you for that as well. I’m just warning you b/c it happened to me. And my best friend…And they flagging the bad postings!!! Enterprize feed you a story about building your credit history you can do that by owning any type of credit.. Sales reps are trained to lock you in with higher interest rates. The amount being paid on this car I could have gotten a new one.Unless you have cash to give away with deep pockets. It’s sad that I’ll be stuck paying nearly 30.000 for a 17.000 base model which is ridiculous besides it’s other dealerships doing this never anticipated a rental car company would be doing the same.Just remember to do your homework! it’s very troubling I’felt that I could trust salesperson Joshua Barlow that took my cash down payment of 10.000 for profit and finance me the full amount including hidden fees…But that’s what they do gain your trust and take advantage it! Hopefully you know these are base model vehicles so you should be paying base model prices.Which supposed to be lower than average. Me and my best friend had learned the hard way thank god. It’s finally paid off! I’m done with enterprise.Hopefully you find this useful and helpful in making your decision.

Very misleading and I was lied to.

Very misleading and I was lied to, in Greensboro NC. Was told my car payments would be a whole $100 cheaper ($250) then it was really $360 a month. And I asked about it before I left and was told to “not worry about it” the next day I read through my paper work and saw that the car I was getting for 19,000 was actually 27,000 because of all of these fees and things I wasn’t told. I returned the car the next day.

If I could give it less than one star I…

If I could give it less than one star I would. Finally paid off my car and happy to share the news. Go somewhere else the salesmen are pushy and couldn’t even process paper correctly. Wish I went anywhere else but nope I made a mistake. Good luck but please for the love of god explore other options. But go if you want to feel like they’re giving you a crap car & hiding more technologically advanced vehicles for a better price somewhere else

Justin Guyton, Enterprise Car Sales, Marietta, GA

Working with Justin Guyton of Enterprise Car Sales in Marietta, GA, we purchased a used Tahoe. He did a fantastic job for us and the entire experience of purchasing was the best we have had getting a car in many years. We are elderly and unable to travel to different car dealerships to "look." We did everything over the phone and on line. The dealership brought the vehicle to our front door. Would highly recommend Mr. Guyton and would definitely deal with this dealership again.

MY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!

MY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! My father purchased a 2019 Jeep for my 16-year-old daughter. Within 3 months of the purchase, while my father and daughter were driving on the interstate, they noticed the vehicle was smoking so they immediately pulled over and had the vehicle towed. We later learned the smoke was caused from the power transfer unit overheating and catching fire. The fire was caused by Enterprise installing wrong-sized tires on the Jeep before selling it to my father. They directed us to contact the warranty company to have the jeep fixed. The repairs are estimated to cost over $12,000.00 in addition to almost $2,000.00 my father has already paid out-of-pocket for towing fees and tear-down expenses. When we submitted the claim under the service warranty we purchased from Enterprise, the company informed us that the warranty we purchased from Enterprise has an exclusion for damage caused by the installation of wrong-sized tires. We explained to them that the wrong-sized tires were installed by Enterprise before we purchased it. After the warranty company refused to pay for repairs, my father sent an e-mail to Enterprise informing them of our desperate situation, as my father is on a fixed income and continues to make payments on a car that has not been operable for over 6 months. He told them he had submitted the repairs under the warranty as they had instructed us to do but they are refusing to pay for the repairs because the damage was caused by the wrong-sized tires Enterprise had installed. He asked Enterprise to please help us get the Jeep repaired or to provide an operable vehicle. It has been almost 4 weeks since he sent the e-mail and we’ve heard nothing from Enterprise.

What a rip off

What a rip off. They are charging me extra for a car I did not ask for. Called and thought this was taken care of. Everything was being being paid for through Insurance. What is the use calling and thinking you have everything taken care of and wasted my time calling. I made a complaint to my car insurance and the car insurance from the person hitting me. I

All of those stereotypes of crooked…

All of those stereotypes of crooked used car salespeople came true! The car seems fine so far. This review is for the Lakewood, Washington dealership where I was misled and lied to repeatedly. I do believe the vehicles are generally well-maintained, but all but one of the several people I had contact with either misled me or outright lied. Of course I don’t know if this is corporate policy, but it’s such a big expense, and very traumatic to find out you were tricked.

Outstanding Customer Service

Outstanding Customer Service

I’m writing this review in regards to Stephen Hicks, Michael Gruzalski at Enterprise Car Sales in Palatine, IL. I’m not writing this review because Mr. Hicks just sold me a vehicle, but I’m writing because of his interactions while I purchasing the vehicle. Mr. Hicks made this experience a noteworthy and enjoyable experience. First, what Mr. Hicks said he was going to do, whether on the phone, text, email, or in person, he did just that. He always kept his word! Mr. Hicks didn’t over promise, he consistently provide me with information and guided me through the process at the pace I wanted to go and was able to help me get to exactly what I wanted without any surprises. Second, Mr. Hicks was very personable making me feel respected, valued, and comfortable with that which I desired to do. He continued to work hard while talking and laughing with me, demonstrating kindness and exemplary customer service. Third, Mr. Hicks exhibited world class professionalism throughout the whole process. This experience with him, as well as interactions with Michael Gruzalski, who shared in my experience and provided great customer service as well, has caused me to take pride in my decision to purchase a car from Enterprise Car Sales as well the decision to come back for the next vehicle as well. Thanks Stephen and Mike much appreciated!

2019 Nissan Rogue Sport

2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. After renting this car for a month I purchased it. The sales division had her for a week removed a nice set of matching tires replaced them with 2 different sets which were very cheap. Now her tires are miss matched. With 2 cheap sets. Did not fix the ding in the windshield as was brought to their attention prior to going to sales. So I had to take a day off to get it replaced. Also the vehicle had 28,000 miles on it and has never had any of the filters changed. I would not recommend buying a car from Enterprise sales

Disappointing Experience

I brought a car from Enterprise on 2/4/21. I called them on 2/13/21 to let them know my brakes are squeaking really loud. The sales rep told me not worry about it because i have a year long warranty on it. She told me to take it to Nissan and they will fix it. Great news! ......... No,When i finally took it to Nissan they told me that it's not covered under my warranty, plus they ended up finding something else wrong with the car, which can be dangerous if i dont get it fixed. I called the Manager at Enterprise Car Sales in Lancaster, He basically told me that it was my problem because the mechanic didnt tell him when the problem started, so they are not helping me with the issue. I called the mechanic back and spoke with him twice and he said that he never said that to the manager. It is disappointing to me because i never had an issue with Enterprise until now and that i have to pay $800 out of pocket for a car i only had for a month.

Be aware and read my review before you go there too buy

Although the salesman seemed to be a nice fellow, what ib ultimately received was a bunch of trucks and gimmicks car salesman use only they have a different approach- they have cars listed on their site- I’ll call them bate cars because they are all really nice and priced right within your range! You decide on one for say 20 k they take your trade in and deposit say add up to. 7500
They ruin your credit and get you approved at a slightly higher rate because they have a kahootz type relationship. Here’s the hook
Once your approved they come back and say oh that one was just sold!
But let’s look at what wise we have
And they find one for 23995 that’s4 k higher and knowing your approved they figure you will take it cause the payments might be 20 - 40 bucks difference. Ok they say hey let me check if that one if it’s available. That one turns out sold also ( they just sold it yesterday and they didn’t update yet)
They do this game back and forth until they get you up around 10k higher and that ones available in fact they will have 2 of those now and most fall for it and leave with a car they never intended I’m spending that much on!
I caught in and caught my salesman in a little white lie and then another white lord and then my antennas went up
They had a 15k verified check and screwed meet around the last time I said no and asked for my cashiers check and they didn’t have it at the dealer I had to wait
But they get you real impatient by prolonging the entire thing so you really want to just get the Damn car and get it over with and that is how they end up selling cars at 20% below new!
Best advice go buy new you will get better interest rate and a brand new car that 200 different oriole didn’t beat up on! Engine wise oriole beat the heck out of these rentals it’s proven especially under 30 renters
Believe me your gonna get bamboozled into buying a car with some car sales gimmick and the car has been used like a doorknob at Walmart

Lied to, ripped off

I worked with a salesperson to reviews cars and ultimately found a car I thought was perfect. I purchased this car. It turns out the list of features on the website was a lie (for example it listed power lift gate and heated seats and the car has neither of these features). In addition they listed the car as an XLE model but it is an LE (without a leather steering wheel or moonroof). I had thought I was getting a great deal but ultimately was ripped off. The only reason I did not give one star is I now have an opportunity to return the car within 7 days of purchase. I feel taken advantage of and cheated.

I had been looking for a 1500 series…

I had been looking for a 1500 series pickup truck for several weeks before shopping on line at Enterprise. I was pleased how easy & thorough the website was to navigate. I found a truck I was interested in & made an apointment to look at it & get my trade in appraised. ( I had previously had my trade in appraised by 2 other dealerships, both of which were offering me a fair trade in amount.) Upon arrival at the Enterprise lot I was introduced to Josue. He was quick to get me to the truck I wanted to see & by the time we looked at it, my trade in had been appraised and was on his desk. Once again I felt the appraisal was fair. I was pleased to find the price of the truck I was interested seemed very reasonable, even better than some I had looked at previously at other dealerships. The "no haggle" pricing was fair and non negotiable. I pointed out a couple things to my favor on my trade in & the value was adjusted upward accordingly. Josue was a pleasure to work with. I never felt the pressure to buy, pretty much plain & simple, take it or leave it. I was satisfied with the difference I would owe & gave the go ahead to start the purchase process. We agreed I would return 2 days later to get the truck. Upon my arrival to get the truck, Ryan (Mgr) was pulling the truck out to fill it with fuel and place the floor mats within. The transition was flawless with Josue, very detailed & patient, to include sitting in the back seat & answering all questions regarding operation of the cab features. I did notice a couple small things that could have been done better. The front floor mats were on the wrong side (passenger/driver) & not buttoned to the floor. The rear mat was placed correctly, but not buttoned down. The truck interior was not detailed, as there was syrup in the bottom of the counsel from someones drink. These are not big items, but ones you dont see if working with a dealership. I am very satisfied with the truck & will recommend Enterprise to my family & friends for their vehicle needs. Thank you Josue, you were excellent.
