The customer service is very good. Donald helped me with my order. He was polite and knowledgeable.

Apparently I should have spoken to Donald. After reading the reviews and hearing how Donald fixes everything, I wish I would have reached him. Not that the Rep that I spoke to wasn't a pleasant person, she was and I presume did what she could for me. Which was nothing. I placed an order of 5 related but different Funko Pops ages ago and as always waited for Funko to finally release them. When they be did back in May 2023 I received 3 of the 5 figures. People I know who actually ordered after I did received their entire order. So Im a patient person, after all we are talking about plastic figures here. Nothing to get worked up about. However after receiving another email telling me now that I won't be receiving the rest of my order until October 2023, I called and was told that's just how it is. I do understand that they get what they get from the vendor, but after being restocked several times they still haven't sent the rest of my order and said it most likely won't be in October either. I was told it's a first come first serve situation, but that's already been disproven. I'm trying not to take it personally, but they seem hell bent on not sending me my entire order. Or at least entirely apathetic about it. It's really a shame because I've done a lot of business with this company over the years, but it looks like I'll have make my toy/collectable buys elsewhere from now on.

Donald over at Entertainment Earth was awesome. He was very professional and friendly. I had address issues with some orders I had placed. He was very patient and determined to help me with my situation. Great experience overall.

I spoke to Donald and told him about how my package was returned due to an accidental forward on my address. He was very helpful and prompt to resend out my package after verifying my address. Donald was extremely helpful when i called in regarding an online purchase and how i was charged shipping even though i was over the required amount to receive the free shipping promotion and he didnt do like some company service reps do and try to throw everything on the customer because when i explained the issue and he pulled my account and we spoke he was very quick to point out what happened and that it was a mistake on their end that should not have happened but did and made sure that the shipping amount i was charged was credited to my account so it would go towards my very next item that shipped. With me being on a fixed monthly income it did worry me to start with but he was quick to make sure all the facts were in order and explained everything to me and made sure i understand and he did so in a way that made me feel like we were on the same level whereas, again, some service reps talk down to you in explaining but Donald did not and on top of all if it he was very nice, helpful and got the issue resolved within a matter of minutes. Thank you Donald i do appriacate all your time and help with this matter it does help a lot!

No better place to buy your collectibles. Greater selection of items, and I love Funko Pops! I had to call in to their support to change the addresses on my backorders, and had the pleasure of speaking to Donald T.; he resolved everything, is very knowledgeable, and helped ease the anxiety I was feeling about potentially missing a delivery. Give these guys a visit...you won't regret it.

I had an issue with a package because of my shipping info and Donald helped me fix that so I won’t have this issue again. He also was very understanding and helping in getting my issue with my package fixed.

Also, after getting this survey to rate my experience I saw Donald's full name and realized I had dealt with him 1-time thru e-mail in the past on a return I had, and he was very helpful then as well.

I spoke with Donald this morning about an order placed in July. I was angry at first but Donald stepped up and not only took care of the situtation but was the nicest person I have spoken to at EE. I was about to just cancell the order but did not even have to get that far. I would suggest that you use Donald in any ordering needs.

The gentleman that I spoke with was incredibly nice and professional. I had an issue with free shipping not appearing on my order, and in a matter of seconds he had the problem rectified. This is the first time I have dealt with Entertainment Earth customer service and I could not be more pleased. He is a wonderful representative for your company!
