The 2 times i ordered they have shipped quickly, and the products were fine. But the first time I found out i oredered the wrong size envelopes. I wrote en email to them on their info@ mail address and on their contact form to. I wrote and asked them to stop the delivery and change it to another size envelope, but neither of my emails was answered so Im stuck with the wrong envelopes. SEcond order of the right ones was swift.
But be careful. Dont expect any support if you have alterations to your order.

I managed to buy about 3 times as many tiny cello bags from World of Envelopes as on another site I was looking at. P & p was a reasonable price too and they arrived the next day!

First time I've used them, and have to say I'll use them again without a doubt. Good fair price, great service and fast delivery.

My order was for cellophane bags that were narrow and long and which are not readily available elsewhere. I am a small business owner and will be using World of Envelopes as my supplier for the forseable future as they are reliable and their goods are as described in their online shop.
I would recommend them without any hesitation at all.

I ordered some envelopes, after 2 weeks when they hadn't arrived i contacted the company. The customer service was appauling and needless to say i never got a refund or my items- the company simply sent proof of posting and washed their hands of the situation-offering no help to find the lost items.

These envelopes were for my wedding day 'save the dates' which are now still sitting on my dining room table!

Would never use this company again.

Excellent service brilliant selection of envelopes! managed to get some very unusally sized envelopes that I have struggled to find in many places, even the really well known stationery suppliers.

I ordered some gold envelopes, unfortunately the wrong ones. Emailled Jackie at Madison, so helpful. Got the new ones, and a refund for the wrong ones - great service.

I'm an artist and need a reliable supply of good-quality envelopes for my cards. World of Envelopes has a great range - better than any high street store and certainly cheaper.

It's easy to order from their simple, accessible website and delivery follows promptly.

Now I wouldn't use anywhere else!

Fab speedy service and the envelopes are great (silver colour!) and good value, just what I'd hoped for... The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was, they were bundle into groups of 10 with elastic bands and these have left slight dents in them, so maybe a paper wrap next time? Otherwise brilliant, thanks!
