I ordered envelopes 7 weeks ago. The goods were only shipped after 2 weeks. First to a completely wrong address, then the address was correct, but GLS simply left the package somewhere. I've been waiting for my money for over 2 weeks now, but the company doesn't care at all. very bad communication. Stay away, I would never order here again.

Poor delivery
There is only express DHL delivery, which means that the package could impossible be sent to a DHL parcel shop in the neigbourhood. It was presented at home address 2 times. We were working and not at home, so the package was sent to the central office of DHL 48 minutes away from home.
After a lot of calling, the package was sent for a last possible time to my work adress.
