Written by the company

Established in January 2003, we are the original health and safety training intermediary and course comparison website. Since the beginning we have believed that buyers should be able to purchase the highest quality training at the lowest possible price in the most convenient location. Crawling Google and other search engines to find the right health and safety courses and training used to be time consuming and expensive. Over the last two decades Envico has enabled training buyers to find and book courses quickly and cost effectively. Our innovative approach in recent years to training provider and course comparison has resulted in training buyers making smarter / more informed buying decisions.

Re-Write Update

I'm writing this review in the public interest. I booked a course through this company, when booking I asked for a reminder of the course due to the reason that the closest booking was around 2 months time.

I forgot to attend this course in which case the CEO was disputing this? Due to the fact that COVID is currently an issue no instruction was sent to whether the course was going ahead. No reminder was sent, you get no customer care through this company.

All the company wants to do is book you onto a course with a redicolus waiting time and hope that you forget to attend the course, so they can bill you for free.

The CEO does not like people's opinions and is not willing to listen regarding customer care. The CEO is also paranoid that I'm here to destroy his company. Although he may have recordings of my call I kindly asked to rebook the course as there were no terms or conditions stated about forgetting attend a course.

Obviously as you can appreciate that I have a small business and I don't have the resources to remind myself two months down the line when my course is due, and this is why I trusted this company to help me out by achieving my SSSTS.

The company do not have deligates best interests at heart, to help you achieve what you need to do as a business or someone looking to upskill.

The only interest they have is to take your money in the hope that you forget to attend then bill you for a service they never provided.

There is no trust within this company. And they will take your money with no morals or standards or even due process as a company.

I was nice on the phone when trying to re-arrange the course after explaining that I asked for a reminder of the course, in response to this the phone was hung up. The CEO has the call recording of this but of course will deny this. After receiving an email from Gregory stating that this is my fault because I forget things. If you are a perfectionist that never makes a mistake and a narcaccistic person this company will definitely suit you. For all you forgetful people don't bother as they will just take your money.

Save yourselves the head ache and go to a more professional company that will remind you of your course and make sure you are OK right up to attending the course.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience of booking with Envico. As you know, and as per your original review which you have now removed and re-written, the facts tell a completely different story. Your booking was made 12/06/2020 and was confirmed by your card payment on 18/06/2020. The course was scheduled to run on 17th & 18th August in Barnsley. We explained at the time that due to the number of bookings we manage we cannot issue reminders. Joining Instructions were issued to you at the time of payment confirming your place on the course. On the 17th August at 08.55 we received notification of your non attendance. We phoned you at 09.03. No reply & a voicemail was left. At 16.10 you called advising that you had forgotten about the course & asked if you could attend another later in the year. After checking with the training provider, at 16.25 we phoned explaining that the course was fully booked with a waiting list & to re-book would incur full fees. At no time did we hang up or put the phone down. Envico cannot be held responsible if a delegate forgets to attend a course they booked. Envico operates a call recording system which has confirmed the events as above. In November you instigated a chargeback claim against Envico. The chargeback was reversed by the bank, once we had proved to the bank via the call recordings that you had forgotten to attend the course. Following on from that decision you wrote a fictional & damning review of your experience, in the hope of damaging our business.
