I ordered 2 men's winter jackets. They arrived in a timely manner with good communication from the company. But what arrived was a light weight over coat. The sizing was terribly small. The arms were very short. The company offered a direct exchange. Then offered a 60% value of something else from their site.
I could return the coats to
China at my cost of $150++ . So I can return them but must arrive before 30 days. My other offer was 30% return and keep the product.
This is not a Toronto company. Do not buy. Yes I got my 30% but returning to China is not stated. My bad for not using a deeper review of the company. My advice is research research research before buying online from any new company.

Bought boots, sent wrong size. Not the quality as advertised. Refused to refund because they said there was no proof it was wrong size, mea while on the boots there is no size written. DO NOT buy anything from them!!

I was excited to receive the fashion boots I ordered but when they arrived 3+ weeks later I was so disappointed. They look & feel a poorer quality than description & picture on website. Were advertised as being much more expensive than list price but they are definitely not worth what I paid for them. Sizing is a bit small for European 38. I am hoping company has fair return & refund practices. If so I will upgrade my review.
As of today March 8, 2025 I still have not received a refund or compensation for the defective product. I was offered a partial refund if I did not want to pay for shipping back to China but after numerous (15) email exchanges with customer service I still have received nothing. They have offered the reason for delay as "problems with their refund process". Don't waste your money.

Horrible quality. Don’t bother purchasing. It’s the worst quality products you’ll ever see and feel!

Beware! The size chart is off. Worst experience I've ever had with on-line shopping. They let you believe they're a Canadian company with their name - not so...was told I would have to return the item to China. Would never purchase ever again. I walked away with a huge loss.

Product not as advertised. Cheap thin material. They offered me 20% back! What a scam, They advertise as Toronto but they’re in China and won’t accept returns. Be honest. tell people you have no return policy before they buy

I ordered a pair of jeans from their website and a month later received a product that was absolutely nothing like the jeans that I ordered!! They weren’t jeans at all - flimsy horrible quality fabric with no tags/ labels at all in them!! Horrible!! They were also 10 times too big!! Could fit 5 of me in them! Not that I would ever wear these things!! I also have yet to receive a pair of boots that I ordered from them! Can’t wait to see what these things look like (if I ever get them). DO NOT order from this company - a complete scam!!!

Buyer beware! This in an on-line « retailer » SCAM! I purchased a pair of pants from their site through Instagram. I received cheap unwearable product from China! The pants have nothing to do to the ones posted on their website. When I reached out to them they told me to return the product to China or they would exceptionally give me a 25% refund if I decided to keep them. Not worth sending back or definitely would never donate these pants. No one could wear them!! DONT BUY!!!
