POOR QUALITY, WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
I Purchased two packs of Xact Mens 5-Pack Plain Crew Neck Cotton T-Shirts at the cost of £53 last November (2023) for the spring/summer months. After wearing each t-shirt once and washing them. The result was that each and every t-shirt was either twisted from the side seams by centimetres or shrunk. I contacted EON Clothing at the end of September 2024 and since then not a single reply. Extremely poor quality T-shirts, Extremely poor materials and workmanship and Extremely poor customer communications/service! Complete waste of my hard earned £53
