I purchased the white card course and spent hours doing the course only for the trainer to tell me things were wrong but not help me. I contacted support, no phone number to call for help just online message box! I sent three messages only to get responses to the same questions I was asking! I paid for extension and again asked for help no one helped me! I lost hours of time completing this course and got no help! I have no idea how this is nationally recommended by Queensland state government or any state for that matter, they do not help their students and just take money with no way to contact them via phone! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I have never experienced anything like EOT before. First they get you to complete some course work for free. Then they get you to pay. Then they get you to provide feedback on the course - BEFORE you complete the assessments. Which up until the assessments is a pleasant and positive experience. Then comes the assessment nightmare. In all my academic life I have never come across an assessment process as obscure as this. And try to find a contact number or email on the EOT website...good luck with that. Suffice to say...I'm not happy at all.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Their website falsely advertises the RSA course as “express,” which is incredibly misleading. In reality, it took over two weeks to receive my certificate — not because of anything on my end, but due to their outdated system and inefficient platform.

There was no proper support available throughout the process — no contact number, no timely assistance, and no clear guidance. The entire experience was frustrating and a complete waste of my time, energy, and money. I genuinely regret choosing this company for my course and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Trainers were there to help when needed. easy content. Prompt response when asked.

I advice anyone wanting to do a ticket to find an onsite provider and AVOID this website. Could not do it onsite so had to go through the website. Once you had three wrong answers to one question you need to wait for them to call you back. I tried to call them back myself as I am working and I am not at their disposal, they just told me to wait for another email and another call. This is so wrong. Bad customer service.

Getting final certificate takes ages you have to submit another application to RSA. Spend some extra $$ and do it somewhere else.

Following is the response from RSA
"EOT are not accredited to provide RSA courses in Victoria. As a result, the course you completed is an interstate course and does not provide you with immediate access to a Victorian RSA."

Went through the process of doing the white card course. Filled out all the forms and supplied all id documents which were all approved straight away.
Come time to booking a date for the course and I was then asked to supply extra documentation because apparently they couldn’t accept my visa details, after approving that, they then made me go through the id process again and made me upload more id documents and ended up having to use a bank card (thankfully edited out all the numbers).

On the day of the course, the teacher was quite polite, but all up took 9 hours and I failed in the final part because of a misleading question involving a photo in which I had to list 2 hazards. Apparently “a whole in the floor” and “trip hazards” are actually “risks” not “hazards” and the specific answer they wanted was “exposure to sun”. From the photo they provided you couldn’t even tell that the work environment was outdoors.

It took an extremely long time to complete the course, and had to write down A LOT of notes but when it came to actually answering the questions, there were multiple correct answers but unless you write down the specific answer they are looking for then you fail.

It felt like they were extremely unhelpful and very quick to kick people out of the class if they couldn’t get things right. They were very quick to call people “incompetent” but offered no help in actually teaching us with the parts we struggled with.

Completely wasted a full day that I took off work and now have to pay to do the course through another company because I will definitely not be retaking the test through these guys.
Absolutely will not be recommending this company to anyone.

AVOID! Pay a little extra and go with the competition!

Exceedingly poor on-line training provider! What they don't state on their website is the extensive delays in marking off each section of the course, thus stopping you from continuing with the course in a single period. Instead, you have to keep going back to check, with each section being assessed and marked off taking up to 2 business hours!
Then there's the video uploading! Jesus, talk about a painful process to ensure the videos are loaded fully - tried a handful of web platforms, in the end only able to upload via iphone, and even then each one failed multiple times over to upload fully, resulting in as many as 5 attempts with just one 20 second video! All in all, it took several hours to upload 10 videos, all less than 30 seconds each! Then, it took many hours later for them to be assessed and marked!
The course layout is rubbish and flawed: incorrect gramma, spelling mistakes and incorrect information provided! Poorly prepared course matter from start to finish!
I ended up asking for the paid fee to be refunded, and went elsewhere to complete the course!

Do not try to get some certificate on this scam site !! Go directly at center near your live!

DO NOT USE. I did my RSA, had multiple issues with the questions not aligning to the course content, multiple questions have false or misleading answers. With the video submissions I was constantly failed and was being held up. As soon as I paid the "PRIORITY" upgrade price, I had my certificate legitmatelly less then 2 mins afterwards. It would seem they purposefully keep failing you, or allowing your time to run out, so you have no choice but to upgrade and pay extra. STAY AWAY!!!!

Glitchy website, don’t answer phones, and of course the most hilarious thing is that you need full PPE in order to obtain your white card certificate, so hard hat, glasses, hi vis, ear protection and steel caps, all for the sake of a silly video of you wearing them. How exactly is one supposed to have this equipment prior to gaining employment with the white card? A silly website, lesson learnt.

Honest mistake of not having PPE at home so I can do the virstual class as it is all on the job site, booked the extra public holiday fee to try and get a day to do the course. No room to offer partial refund for the mistake, waste of time and money. Never dealing with these people again.

Pay Before Passing: Despite the advertisement stating "pay after passing," I was required to pay before I could even begin the assessments, which doesn’t align with their promotional claim.

PPE Requirement Not Clearly Disclosed: I paid for the course and extra for priority processing, only to reach the video assessment and be told I needed my own PPE to complete the task. This requirement wasn’t clearly disclosed before purchase or during the course sign-up. They also conveniently offer to sell PPE, which means I’m now expected to pay more money for something I wasn’t informed about upfront.

Priority Processing Issue: I paid for priority processing with the understanding that I would have my certificate quickly. However, this was made redundant by the PPE requirement, leaving me unable to complete the course in time for a job that requires the certification.

Missed Job Opportunity: Due to these delays, I will now miss out on a job opportunity that requires the White Card certification. This has caused a significant setback as I won’t be able to meet the necessary timeline.

No Mention of Public Holidays: The course did not make it clear that public holidays would affect the processing times, which is crucial when you're on a tight deadline.

Overall, I feel the course’s structure and communication is misleading, and I have been left in a difficult position due to the lack of transparency.

Dont waste your time, energy, effort and money. It’s gonna be infinity to get a very light course certified. Moreover, they will have their own reasons to fail you with lots of reasoning. Most likely pensioners are seems like working from home like scammers. Don’t waste your valuable time with these guys. Go to a physical location and get your thing done in a day.

Absolute awful reviewing, assements are tedious and retarded, the assessors are either picky or morons. And the support team is about as helpful as a baby in a construction site. Im going to give you my experience, do multiple assessments more stupid then the last, assessors think height isn't a hazard nor noise with there own words "No noise can be seen in the picture" with the context of a man on scaffolding high up in the air with just a helmet on and loose harness. Just want to remind you EOT the definition of a hazard is "an object or thing that has the potential to harm"

Anyway lets say you finally complete all the assessments and want to get your results back quickly so you pay for priority. JUST FOR THE NEXT DAY FIND OUT YOUR ACCOUNT IS FLAGGED?!. So now you have to contact support which after 2 days still haven't gotten back even though on there site they say "estimate 1 business day to receive a reply" As they slowly run out the clock on my priority.

EDIT: Decided just to reset all my progress and wants me to do everything again without any given reason. Yeah this entire site is a scam.

Completed the course well before it closed. Then never heard back from them. Emailed Paula and was told pay more money to reopen it even though it had been completed before the expiry. Extremely rude customer service and didn’t receive anything.
