Several days ago, I ordered a cell phone case from EOZY. However, when I received my order, the phone case was broken because of the extrusion during shipment, I am a little upset. Then I contacted their customer service and got a quick reply. They asked for a picture of the broken item, and after that, they resend me a new one. When I received the resend parcel, everything is good and they send me a cute gift for free, though problem happens, but their customer service really makes me happy. Will surely buy from EOZY again.
I’ve bought a ring for my BF for our anniversary. The ring is really perfect and my BF likes it very much :). He said its design was unique and suit for him.
