24hr delivery!!!

Paid for 24hr delivery. Ordered on Sunday evening so expected to receive item Tuesday, but looking at invoice. Order viewed Monday, dispatched Tuesday, received Wednesday. So I paid an extra £5 for 24hr but received 48hrs later

Product received was as expected.

customer service not responding....

3 weeks later and still waiting for my order which has shipped but gone missing in action. No response from customer service despite many emails and calls....oh dear....
Since posting this original review Epacks have finally resolved this issue, thank you

Ordered a Dakine bag online

Ordered a Dakine bag online, informed 4 days later that it wasn't in stock, they did provide an alternative but in all honesty I should have paid the extra £10 for the customer service from Amazon.
Don't use these guys if you want a stress free online purchase.

I ordered a DAKINE heli backpack for…

I ordered a DAKINE heli backpack for next day delivery - item arrived and was not as described so I returned item using Royal Mail tracked service. I have asked for a refund for both the item and postage as item was not as advertised. Since returning I eventually, after some chasing, got a full refund and an apology from epacks and I quote "First of all would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. We would issue you a full refund, on the original order. The return postage, we would reimburse the postage". Overall this has taken three weeks to resolve to my satisfaction. If they resolved straight away I would have left a higher rating as mistakes can occur but it took too much chasing to leave anything other than neutral thoughts. Hopefully ePacks can learn from this experience and improve their customer service.

Enter value for money and quick delivery

Had been looking for a Dakine Fall Line ski bag for some months, but the prices across the internet tended to be higher than I would like.

EPacks had the product at a delivered price 20% below everyone else. Decided to give them a go and no issues. Received emails on dispatch and tracking, with the product arriving in 2 to 3 days as promised. All good for me.
